If you're looking for an agent that focuses on selling quality and lifestyle, then look no further than Mr Green. Sam and Jo completely turned our situation around. Having previously been let down by another agent we were close to giving up. We'd already lost one property and when we discovered our dream home through Jed at Mr Green it felt too good to be true after months of negativity and lack of output from our existing agent. But Sam from Mr Green was understanding of our situation from the start. Instead of dismissing us as a prospective purchaser he formulated a sales plan which he delivered on every aspect of. Jo was assigned to most viewings and her positivity energy and determination was infectious. After months of knocking our heads against a brick wall with our previous agent - Sam and Jo from the start "got it". This was a lifestyle property and they drew in prospective buyers who were seeking a beach and Southbourne lifestyle. On top of this they were genuinely likeable people - without the cringey sales speil. It wasn't long before they found us a suitable buyer and on top of that they helped us secure our dream home as a result. We couldn't be more grateful to the Mr Green team. I have recently rented a property through Mr Green and since the beginning we have been incredibly happy with the process and assistance we have been given from all of the staff, especially from Ellie who we have spoken with the most, Always happy to help and assist us with any questions we had! I have rented though many agency's and already i can say that the team at Mr Green - Southbourne have been the best by far! Communication has been quick at all times from the starting process and throughout our move - When we collected our keys we were given the most amazing and lovely welcome box filled with treats from self care items to food and water to keep us going through the busy move which is something we have never received before - this made us feel like we were immediately appreciated by the team and not just another tenant. It’s rare to come across a company with high levels integrity and a genuine caring and compassionate attitude to their customers. Mr Green came to value our house with a view to selling. At the end of the appointment we sat down and discussed why we were selling, and what our options were. Mr Green recommended we didn’t sell. That’s right, didn’t sell! Mr Green put us in touch with a mortgage advisor who worked with us to ensure we could keep our house and didn’t have to sell.
