GoogleAfter searching for a property to buy for over 4 months, I switched to searching for a rental property and found one listed by Martin and Co. The viewing was arranged for that day and my application was accepted the same night.
Throughout the whole process Jen was brilliant in communicating between myself and the landlord, as well as allowing access to the property as needed. She was thorough, extremely helpful and even worked with contractors to ensure some extra requests were seen to before my move in commenced! Jen gave good advice when requested and made the whole experience seamless.

GoogleJust received a cold call from this company this morning, claiming that they had a text from me at the beginning of January, asking for a valuation for my property. I told the man on the phone I hadn't sent a text and he said I did. I told him I would not want a valuation because I do not own my property at which point he hung up.
I can only assume they are cold calling people who may originally have been on their books years ago to try to get some business.
