GoogleReally appreciate the help and support David gave in selling our flat . Always kept us up to date with what was going on - even times when nothing was so he was chasing people for updates so not left in the dark wondering if everything was ok. Explained fully what valuation was based on and his honest thoughts on offers ( not just to agree to get a sale which was honourable) very happy with the sale price he got and definetly use him again on another place

Avoid this estate agent. In my experience, Maria was unprofessional throughout my tenancy. She repeatedly accused me of lying on the phone, made accusations that I believe were unsupported, refused to explain or provide evidence when I asked, and mimicked me during a phone call. I found the way I was treated unacceptable and would not recommend this agency.

Google14/01/2024 - exceptional service above & beyond from Selina & Philip who helped me get a spare key as I accidentally locked myself out the flat within the hour. Thank you for your efforts and understanding and support getting me safely back into my flat without any call out charges to a locksmith. Much appreciated for the continued great service from this estate agent, highly recommend for peace of mind (especially in hour of need). I have no hesitation to highly recommend the services provided by Martin & Co as a trusted agent. Steven Toon was exceptionally helpful in finding a property that matched my exact needs, fast track viewing and within two weeks got my tenancy in place with no-hassle. GoogleI had to come and leave a review after getting a new manager. (The first one made us not want to call the office or report any issues because she came across as rude for no reason at all). Then Selina came along and she has been a breath of fresh air. Her level of care and going above and beyond has been exceptional. We no longer have that dread of calling the office if we need to. GoogleI decided to sell my property with Martin and Co, as I felt Peter Hutchison was so very informative when he visited my home…As a seller it’s very difficult to know who to sell your property through, but Peter asked me what I wanted from this move and my expectations of what a Estate Agent. Within 30 minutes I felt very comfortable, that all my questions were answered and I then I knew that Martin and Co, but equally Peter, was going to take all my pressures off me re selling, and I thank them for that. As a single parent, life is hectic, and I could not be more thankful for Peter’s advice, and handing over my keys…( my choice), to let Peter do all my viewings His let me know all feedback, which is worth its weight in gold as a seller!!! GoogleI am completely new to renting my property. I have spent some time researching letting agencies on internet and decided to check Martin&Co. From the moment I have enter their office I was treated with smiley faces from every single person working there. Then Samantha sits down with me and answer ALL the questions I had prepared related to renting apartment. Then she explained all the possible options Martin & Co offers. What also was nice is that she was not pushing to have a deal done instead she made sure I rethink all the options and be happy with what I choose. After I decided to rent my property through Martin &CO everything was done exceptionally good. Samantha was great with quickly getting back to me with any question I had. I was kept up to date , I did not have to chase anybody for any updates. From my experience I can tell that whole Southbourne team is going extra mile. Please keep it this way.

GoogleHaving been on the market with another agency previously we decided to try Martin&Co after meeting them several times at viewings. Samantha took on our property and took time to meet me in person more than once to discuss everything with us. She listened to our circumstances and was understanding of our requirements and any limitations we had. Samantha sold our property and we are going through the process currently. From the start she has always made sure we were kept updated of any progress and still maintains regular contact to keep us in the loop without us having to ask first. We are very grateful to have Samantha as our agent, she is personable and friendly which makes the whole process that little bit less stressful. Would highly recommend Samantha!

GoogleAfter searching for a property to buy for over 4 months, I switched to searching for a rental property and found one listed by Martin and Co. The viewing was arranged for that day and my application was accepted the same night. Throughout the whole process Jen was brilliant in communicating between myself and the landlord, as well as allowing access to the property as needed. She was thorough, extremely helpful and even worked with contractors to ensure some extra requests were seen to before my move in commenced!
