Repair taken two and half month! When could of been done in 2 week. Didn’t know what was going on the whole time had to keep phoning instead of them phoning me. Not very good at communicating with people.
Dear Miss Chantelle, As explained to Mr Shirley as well, We would like to extend our sincere apologies regarding the recent issues with the property you are currently renting. We at Martin & Co Bournemouth are under new management and since the take over we have gone through an incredible transformation. We are working really hard to improve our services. Our new property management team is a smart and dedicated team who have been in contact with you and resolved the problem. We installed a shower curtain and pole because the shower screen was causing the leak which after exhaustive testing was not evident as being the problem hence why the delays. We pride ourselves on responding rapidly to all calls and upon checking our computerised fault logging system we reacted to the issues well within out time limits. The humidity problem was created by the lack of ventilation in airing the rooms correctly and was unrelated to the leak. We would appreciate the opportunity to discuss this further with you should you wish, we invite you to come to our offices to meet our general manager Mr Philip. GoogleBEWARE!!! they will not look after you once you move in i.e making sure faults are fixed and the worst is AT THE END OF TENANCY THEY WILL COLLUDE WITH THE LANDLORD TO TAKE ALL YOUR DEPOSIT.
