No management visits no dealing with tenants faults in there defence they are yet again under new ownership
Dear Laz, All our managed properties are programmed and carried out every 3 monthly for inspections. We use a computerised fault logging system which is responded to immediately during working hours and the vast majority of works are completed the same day. The new owners of Martin & Co Bournemouth have introduced a new software and increased the property management department with additional professional staff. We pride our management services.
