Have bought and now lease a flat out through Martin's in Bournemouth. Have always found all the staff to be polite, professional and helpful and have no worries that our property is being managed properly on our behalf. This was a new experience for us and the team advised and supported us all the way.

I needed to move in as quick as possible. The team did a great job in making this happen by liaising with the incumbent tenant who had already left but waiting for his contract to run out and the Landlord. They got everything ready in a week. Quite impressive.

Average to good.I have had to in the past, chase these people regularly to get updates and inspection outcomes were not communicated to me as a landlord.They are however always pleasant to deal with, competitive on pricing and want to hear what their customers think of them.A nice service.
