This was such a positive experience from viewing to getting the keys. They treat you like a human being and not just a number. They consider everything and are very warm and welcoming (which I've never experienced with a letting agency) Cailey in particular was fantastic she was friendly, helpful, professional and patient. Very professional and proactive. When selling our house, their proposals resulted in finding a buyer very quickly and though the legal and financial process (through no fault of Lovett) was problematic and stressful at times, Lovett worked non-stop to see it through to completion. The entire team were excellent but a special mention for Clair Clarke who managed the sales progression, tirelessly chasing solicitors, brokers and buyers, and providing frequent updates to us throughout. Clair was assigned to our purchase and since she took over the communication was excellent. They say that buying a home is one of the most stressful things you can do in life. I can concur this having done it several times. What makes it worse is when you have to do it on your own and in a new town where you no idea whats what. I felt the staff at Lovett (i've only just got the gist of the name) gave me that listening ear. Once you pick that place you want and go for it, the last thing you need are a bunch of 'job worths' with no interest in your pursuit. We dont buy houses very often, but we often buy from the heart. What I needed at the time was a trusted team that had knowledge of the area and would make purchase possible. Well for me, the team at Lovett made that happen Despite solicitors made things a job of work, they were wiling to go the extra mile. The personal impact on making major decisions with a personable team made a real difference and one I am grateful for.

If I could give 0 stars I would. As soon as I started complaining about the issues in the property I was renting from them, they didn’t attempt to fix the issues but did give me an eviction notice. It’s absolutely disgusting how horrible and rude everyone that works for this company is, not to mencione they had the audacity to keep the full deposit money when most of the issues weren’t my fault, shame on you Lovett 🤮 stay away from the agency, DO NOT RENT FROM THEM.
