She has gone above and beyond, in and out of working hours, to ensure that not only did the sale of my property go through but also the purchase of our new home, which might I add was even with a separate estate agents. Clair chased solicitors on both sides while keeping all vendors involved happy. I genuinely believe that if Clair hadn’t been involved in the process, the chain would have fallen apart. James, Abbey and the team did an amazing job for us in successfully marketing our property and then helping to complete the sale. The photos and video they put together were professional and of high quality- it generated instantly a full week of viewings. We didn’t though need the full week - it sold after the viewings on the first day, with many offers tabled by very happy prospective buyers. Lovett then recommended a conveyancing team who completed in six weeks, with James continuing to support both the buyers and us with questions and any paperwork etc. Lovett had successfully rented the property out for us for two years previously and we are delighted with their service over the years. Lovett's have been wonderful, sadly we didn't use Lovett's for the sale of our flat but we were buying a house through them and they did more work helping us sell our place than our estate agent appointed to sell it. We had lots of hiccups along the way, but I think if it hadn't been for Clair, the lovely lady incharge of making sure sales are closed we may have ended up calling quits and giving up. We've definitely been put off moving/buying/selling but if we had to do it again we would choose and recommend Lovett's international.

After 18 years in the same house I was a bit anxious about moving and going through the process of selling and buying. James and Dave were highly professional and helpful in getting me through the initial process. I asked for a couple of pictures to be changed which they did without hesitation. They gave me full feedback after each viewing and kept me fully informed of what was going on and answered the many questions I had. Once the Sale was agreed I was passed to Claire who did an outstanding job of keeping my buyer onboard after the Survey. She was very professional and I found things out from her and the team in a nerve racking final week between Exchange and Completion that I was still waiting for answers for from my Solicitor. I highly recommend them for professionalism, keeping in contact, and they all worked very hard to help me secure and more importantly keep my Sale. Well done to all the Team.

Went in today to ask about commercial property let’s and was not impressed with the customer service. The lady that served me was dismissive as if they couldn’t wait for me to leave. In future, it might be better to take a name and contact details for when something comes up even if you don’t have any let’s available currently. Since the summer of 2020 I have instructed Lovett on 5 occasions. I have taken the decision to sell our small portfolio of Leasehold flats that have served us well for the best part of 20 years. If it was possible to leave zero stars I would. Avoid dealing with them at all costs, or it could cost you dearly. Great when agreeing a let but shameful when you leave. Tried to withhold a deposit for spurious reasons and notified me 7 weeks after vacating a property. Anything could have happened during that time. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!

Whilst on my searches for a property to rent, I came across a lovely house and put in an offer for a 1400 pcm house in the Bournemouth area that I also offered 6 months up front rent for. An entire waste of time - the only agency I’ve actually dealt with in the Bournemouth area that didn’t even have the decency to call me and let me know if I did or did not have success in obtaining the property. I also chased on several occasions with no response at all. Even a cut and copied email would suffice in letting you know if you have not obtained the property you have put the effort of putting an application in for. Complete lack of professionalism. Would avoid if looking for rentals. From looking through the reviews... they seem to have a tendancy of avoiding disappointing feedback... so I assume this along with my offer will continue to be ignored.NegativeResponsiveness, Professionalism
