GoogleI have just gone through the process of letting a flat with Leaders and I’m very impressed . Grace has been an absolute star getting the paper work and checks done so fast for my move in date even though I changed my mind about which flat I wanted to rent . Nothing was to much trouble . I also want to mention Peter who has been so helpful shown me around the flat twice and even helped my take measurements. Leaders have been a breath of fresh air and made this whole experience so easy.

GoogleA review of two halves. I will start with the good as it needs highlighting and this has bought the overall score up- We started renting from Leaders in 2017. After a year a new property manager joined - Marquee Parsons and she has been a fantastic asset to the company since. She has been very helpful with our queries and helping out where necessary. She has time and again gone out of her way to provide first class service and is someone that you would want to deal with when issues arise. She deserves a bonus or pay rise in our opinion. The scores reflect our initial experiences with leaders. The property was in a state the day we moved in , we were told first told issues would be fixed before moving in which didn’t happen - then told the previous tenants had only just moved out and they were the problem - which is fine I get you get bad tenants but there was no offer to get any cleaners in , no offer of taking a small amount of rent off, no help what so ever. The property is now left in a better state than when we moved in! We were then left without a hot water and heating for two weeks during jan 2018 - The process of contact between landlord and agent was slow and cumbersome. There were further issues that would require a while to highlight. This may seem a bit of a moan but leaders will only learn if they know about issues. I will give leaders the benefit of the doubt that they are trying to work through issues and give a better experience to both landlords and tenants within the last year. So will say proceed with caution , do your research and If you can - get your own property , its the best way.

GoogleFirstly, I'd like to thank Amelia for all the help she has provided us with the papers and referencing, from start to finish she had updated us of everything that was going on in regards to the Flat we are moving to. The customer service she provided was really good. We appreciate the team at Leaders for there help, people at the office were accommodating as well. Most of all compared to other agents Leaders process is way easier and quicker, since we can do everything online. Will fully promote Leaders to family and friends. Thank you!

Russell was very professional and understood our requirements from the moment we met. He explained Leaders' service thoroughly and took the time to answer my endless questions with a smile. He marketed the property quickly and let it WITHIN 24 HOURS!! Russell kept me informed at every step of the way and even facilitated a meeting with our prospective tenants. GoogleAmazing agency. Would recommend Amelia so much. She was so helpful in the document process and was so quick on emails if there were any inquiries or problems. I was a first time guarantor and she advised me and followed me through the process of documentation as well as helping the tenants to submit the right paperwork. She is very kind and professional making sure the tenants move in by the right date set. Can't recommend enough!

GoogleDespite missing out on a property I have to give Credit for Rio! He stayed behind closing hours to show me around and was very helpful and insightful with any questions I had! He did his very best to try and help me move in and also gave some advice for moving in general. Not a lot of estate agents are as Relaxed and Approachable as him. I felt as if I was talking to a friend who was helping me move. A great professional but an even better person too!!! x

GoogleI found Accomodation place online via Leader's Agent, contacted them about availability of the place, and everything was seamless from beginning to end. I was shown my place online via. Video, and where the kitchen was, and everything else I did my references online, and had feedback 30 minutes latest to be told that I had been successfully approved. My contract was drawn up quite quickly, and sent to me for review and signature, and subsequently, I was asked to pay the fees and first month's rent, and this all took a day, without me going to the office. The only time I met the agents is when I came to get my keys to the new place. Absolutely professional, very caring and supportive, and I would highly recommend them to friends and family without any reservations.

GoogleI've been renting with leaders for a year now and have had a great experience. Especially with Sina who is my property manager. Any problems I have she's easy to approach and to talk too and puts my mind at ease. I had a roof leak at one point and she sent somebody out straight away and was fixed instantly. Her communiation is great. I think all the team are top notch and would recommend leaders to anybody who wants to rent in the Bournemouth area. The checks came back within 48hours and the staff kept me up to date every step of the way. Thanks for the wonderful experience guys.
