GoogleAvoid that agency and you safe lots time and stress, I wait from 7 month to fix my broken boiler and other issue and nothing. When try call them to sort out problems always I was heard that they gonna contact me back but they never call back. Simple they playing waiting game ! After reading some of that reviews Im gonna involved Poole Council to sort out my problems.
Hi Marcin, we are sorry to hear you have had a negative experience with our Bournemouth branch. We have been in touch with the branch who have informed us that Steve Smart attended the property twice between the 29/12/16 and 12/01/17 where he noted that the boiler was working however, the water was not overly hot. Following Steve’s recommendations to replace the boiler if the problem persisted, it has been instructed that the boiler be replaced and recently approval and payment for this has been made by the LL. We apologies for any inconvenience this has caused however, as per our procedures we must receive approval from the LL first before we are able to begin any property maintenance.
