Having had to look for a property to rent for quite long time in different agencies, I was negatively surprised by the fact that some agencies are not honest and know little of managing the estate business. Rented a flat from these who wanted long term let then once your tenancy is up they will kick you out without reason and then hike the rent up. And then rip you off with your deposit without even talking to you. Poor customer service aswell leaders in ripping tenants off

I have been dealing with Amelia at Leaders the past couple of weeks after viewing a property I wanted to move into. I appreciated the way Amelia and Leaders communicated with me. The viewing process was arranged with adequate notice and I also had a reminder text to confirm the morning of the appointment. I have now been through the electronic referencing portal, which was easy to use and it made life easier when gaining the references from my employer and previous agent.
