GoogleAt first requested over 800 pounds from our deposit when we were moving out, however after messaging them costs were cut in half which seemed more reasonable. Make sure you let them know about all the issues with photos sent to them when you just move in. The good thing was through the whole tenancy term, everything was repaired quickly when requested.

GoogleReally not impressed with their check out service. Be sure to always take photos for proof as I am presently being over charged after leaving my property. Always challenge their charges as they are the worst agents I have rented with when leaving a property. Had to give 1 star.....would have given none if there was that choice !

If I could give this company a zero I would. The worst block management company ever. Little or no communication. Aggressive attitude towards board members. They have no heart or soul in their work. Unprofessional, untrustworthy, unaccountable and 100% unreliable. DO NOT USE for block management. Stay well clear!

We have looked into this further, and unfortunately we cannot allow a prospective tenant to pay a holding deposit on a property without them seeing it first, whether in person or via a video.
