GoogleTravelled 30 mile round trip in heavy traffic for an appointment at their convenience on a Friday at 5.30. To be met by by the estate agent and told his colleague forgot to book the appointment with the vendor. Professional process in place !!! Not happy.NegativeProfessionalism
