GoogleNon-disclosure of material facts affecting my purchase. In March, I completed on a property sold by Hearnes as part of a development in Boscombe. Unfortunately, there were issues with the building, which Hearnes was aware of before I exchanged but did not disclose the information. I would have delayed the exchange if they had done so until the issues were put right. Now that I have completed, the developer is unresponsive (at best), and the issues remain. This is very concerning and disappointing from an agent I would expect better from and not undertake sharp practice to get the deal over the line.

FacebookHaving bought our house with hearnes 4 years ago, we didn’t hesitate to use them to sell it on this time. Matt came over to value the property remembering it well from selling it to us last time and put us at ease from the get go. Although it took a while longer to sell than I’d initially hoped, I was never in any doubt that the whole team were doing all they could to get the right people viewing and thus get the offers we were looking for. They were in constant contact with feedback from every viewing and proactive marketing suggestions and advice. Once the sale had been agreed, it was a nervous few weeks through the lockdowns before completion and I’m so grateful for Juliet for keeping everything within the chain together and moving forward - this really was invaluable and made us very thankful to be with Hearnes. Thank you all!

They helped me move on from the previous property and recommended me this property which I was not sure of initially whilst the staff really navigated me through the last few days with this epidemic and the complications that brought up. FacebookWe are so delighted to have exchanged today on the sale of our house. And it's all down to the beautiful team at Hearnes in Bournemouth. Their attention to detail in everything they did for us, their professionalism in how they presented the house for sale and their management of potential purchasers was absolutely first class. But selling a house don't end there. They provided a consultant who managed the sale process, progress chasing all the different parties involved and speaking our solicitors, the buyers solicitors and even our vendors solicitors. They really took the stress away and we are so grateful to them. It's been an enormous help in what ended being a very positive experience after we had suffered at the hands of other agencies. FacebookWhat a hideous & stressful experience, which has gone on for 8 months! Resulting in us loosing our onward purchase & my prospective buyer...along with financial losses! After initially over-valuing my partners property just to get the business to what we had been assured from the outset by telephone & email was a cash buyer & funds in place has now resulted in having to start all over again. We hope we now have an Estate Agent that is capable of selling houses & communicating facts rather than fiction. Shameful!

FacebookI'm not impressed having taken time out of my working day, at my own expense, to attend a viewing on a property you have on Right Move to discover that the agent cannot get access to the property & couldn't be bothered to call to say so. My question is should you be marketing a property you can't show people and why not let me know in advance and save me wasting my time. Thanks once again. Not a good experience for me.
