Awful!

My partner had an awful experience with Goadsby. Very quick to take her money but then it was all down hill. Customer service & communication was appalling, a culture of arrogance seems to run through the company. Luckily there are many other estate agents to choose from, which is exactly what we've done with our latest sale & purchase.

As a landlord have used Goadsby for many years and on the whole they have been very helpful and professional in their approach. Recently Aimee has found me two new tenants and I have found her to always be polite and business like . I must also add Aimee always looks tidy and smart when in the office and meeting clients.

Wareham lettings were useless. They have no concept that an empty property is losing money. They took far too long to do the referencing for me and then still expected me to pay the full amount of their bill. (I didn't.)

Lousy customer service from Aimee. I wanted to see a property, she requested my details saying she needed them before a viewing could be booked. I never heard from her again, business must be booming for her! Luckily enough another estate agent very close to Goadsby stepped in, they have obviously heard of customer service!
