GoogleWe used Corbin for a family house sale and I would not hesitate to recommend them. This was not an easy sale and it took some time to complete in the end. I was impressed by the diligence and professionalism they showed in assuring we made the right choices throughout the sale. This was complete service.

GoogleAbsolutely appalling service, we needed our buyer to commit to a move date, we needed to know in order to purchase a park home and inform work we were leaving, as he wouldn't commit to one,we had to come up with dates ourselves, when these dates were put to Alison she basically flipped and made judgements and accusations that were completely untrue and unjust, we haven't finished our sale and move yet and are horrified we have now no choice but to deal with someone like this to complete! Good luck if you use her.
We are very disappointed by this review. We commenced marketing of Mrs Joy’s property on the 6th October 2016 and agreed a sale on the 27th October 2016 and completed on the sale on the 16th December 2016. Mrs Joy’s buyer did not want to complete until after Christmas, however, Mrs Joy insisted it complete in December. Alison worked extremely hard to negotiate this timescale with the buyer to satisfy Mrs Joy’s express requirements, which were indeed achieved. This review is a unexplainable and vindictive act by Mrs Joy, who at no time during this transaction expressed any dissatisfaction with Alison or our service. We would ask all prospective clients to visit our reviews on Facebook to get a more balanced view of Corbin & Co and the service we provide. Debbie Corbin

GoogleCorbins are our chosen letting agent. Chosen because of the team's professionalism and friendliness. We commenced letting my mother's property, as she is now in a care home, in March 2016, but worked with the team in the preceding 4 months in terms of clearing the property, selling items of furniture and refurbishment. Debbie Corbin and Lisa Pearce have at all times given value for money advice and guidance and have managed the letting to our complete satisfaction. My wife and I have no hesitation in recommending Corbins for prospective landlords and prospective property sellers and buyers.

GoogleJust contacted for renting a property and Paula the person who answered the call didn’t even want to answer my questions, and couple of times was about to hang up, even thought I told her I’ll be coming from Birmingham to view the property in Bournemouth and I want to at least get the answers to my quest before I come. Over all the worst encounter with an agent in my entire life. Not helpful at all.

I understand Paula was trying to ascertain information from you to try to assist you And offered you a number of appointments on Friday for a viewing which were all not convienient for you. We do ask questions of potential tenants as our referencing process is very strict & we like to establish if tenants will be suitable for our landlords. It was good to deal with a woman estate agent who was very hands on and helped us every step of the way with advice and guidance including help with solicitors paperwork when required. GoogleI just recently sold my one bedroom flat with the assistance of Corbin and Co. My sale was complex being one of lease-hold nature. To add to the complexity I am abroad but that did not stop the awesome team from making things happen to ensure that we had a successful outcome. The team and Kyall in particular was outstanding in his knowledge and professionalism, his patience and determination to get the sale done as smoothly as possible did not go unnoticed. Kyall excelled. I cannot thank Corbin and Co enough for all they have done for me and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a 5 star experience. Usually buying or selling is stressful, with Corbin and Co it was not the case. They are highly professional and dedicated to their work. Thank you Corbin and Co and Kyall in particular!!
