Kyall went above and beyond during the conveyancing process for our sale and purchase. Any concerns or queries we had were dealt with promptly, even if they were outside of his area of responsibility. He regularly spoke to other stakeholders to ensure everything was going smoothly and passed back feedback to us at least on a weekly basis. We chose to use Corbin out of 4 agents we initially approached and so glad we did - Debbie and her team are down to earth business people who talk good sense without any sales patter. They gave us good advice from the start, advertised the property and helped us find the tenants we needed - handling all the correspondence & queries, contracts, inventory & finances etc for us in a speedy, professional and friendly manner throughout. Molly provided an excellent quality service and Corbin & Co generally are a pleasure to speak to. Thank you for all your help in going through the process. I found the Goodlord system a little intrusive, they wanted a lot of information to ensure that we were good tenants. Goodlord tried to sell us internet and electricity, which I didn't appreciate. Overall however I wouldn't fault Corbin & Co and I'd use them again.

Lisa and the team were fabulous. This was the first property i owned and putting it up for rent was a bit daunting. We had been with another agent for over six weeks, although the falling through of a tenant with them is not their fault, they did seem to lack pro-activity. We decided to try Corbins as well, and was delighted to get a prospective tenant within 24 hours of their getting the keys. All checks were done swiftly and the Tenant is in already. We were also impressed how we were kept in the loop - even getting updates by text on Saturday night. We certainly will use Corbins again as it is a false economy to leave a property empty for any longer than necessary. Recommended.

Both sets of solicitors were pretty useless and Matthew in particular was relentless in chasing them down.
