GoogleExcellent customer service, Kyall went above and beyond during the whole process, helped us out looking for paperwork in the house as we were no longer living in there at the time of the sale. Definitely recommend them.

GoogleJust wanted to say a big thank you to Matthew who was dealing with the purchase of our new home. Despite a few issues along the way he was always on hand liaising with the vendors and solicitors for all parties and passing on updates to us. When we exchanged contracts and he couldn't get through to my wife he left her a voicemail, sent us an email and still found the time to phone me too as wanted to personally congratulate us on our purchase. Was very warming in person too when we arrived to pick up the keys and came across as someone who was as excited as we were about completing on our new home. GoogleI would thoroughly recommend Corbin &Co. Kyall has made the whole process of selling my house completely seamless. From our initial meeting to the day of completion, he ( and the whole team) have provided great service. They gave honest and realistic advice on valuation, provided timely updates on viewings and buyer feedback and were very helpful in recommending third party service providers (solicitors, EPC etc). They were easy to contact, very approachable and extremely helpful.

GoogleRecently sold a property through the Corbin and co Kinson office. Our original dealings were with Matthew and as a result of this initial meeting we were happy with the valuation and fees. Matthew appeared knowledgeable about the local market and we felt he would do a good job, so chose them over two competing local Estate Agents . The property was marketed and as it was vacant possession the viewings were done by Corbin and co. We then began dealing with Kyall who regularly updated us re viewings and soon the property was under offer. Although this subsequently fell through it was not long before it was under offer again. The property sold was not our main residence which for us made the process less stressful but if selling in the local area, we would not hesitate to use Corbin and co again. I am normally very critical of estate agents having been one myself for many years,but I have to say this local company really has done a first class job for me on both selling and buying my home,nothing was too much trouble,Molly was very professional and totally charming as was Kyall and Matthew.I would not hesitate to use Corbin's again! superb job!

GoogleToday I had got doubtful pleasure to speak with Debbie from Corbin & Co regarding the leakage in the flat below mine and feel really sorry for the people who needs to deal with the similar type of behavior and approach on more regular basis. Without investigating the problem, the agent jumped to conclusion that the issue is caused by the problem occurring in my flat (I have just confirmed with a plumber that it was caused by uptight exterior elevation, the area a leaser is responsible for) and in a rude, harassing and aggressive manner tried to force me to take the action instead of her/her client/tenants (she lied that our neighbor could not be making the phones, as she had gone to work - surprise, surprise, I spoke with her a few times after receiving that information) by checking the condition of others flats, calling the plumber, maintenance company, etc. (obviously, I investigated my flat for the signs of seepage and close a water vault). After being informed that was not my responsibility to take this steps (as far as I know the letting agents are paid to resolve the problems on behalf of their customers), I was THREATENED with the liability for the losses incurred in the flat below, and repeatedly she tried to make me believe that I should have been resolving the leakage which WAS NOT CAUSED BY ME and HAPPENED NOT IN MY FLAT. As the dessert, I was send a TEXT MESSAGE with the similar THREATS. I do not remember when was a last time I spoke with a so LAZY, RUDE and UNPROFESSIONAL representative of a self-respective company. If what I experienced today was a sample of how they treat their customers, I would advise to AVOID THEM at all cost.
Dear Marlena I am sorry you felt the need to write this review I only hope LANDLORDS READ MY RESPONSE TO SEE THAT WE WORK HARD TO ENSURE THEIR PROPERTY IS WELL MANAGED/PROTECTED My first conclusion which I think anyone would make is that the leak was coming through the ceiling of our Landlords flat was coming from the flat above. I therefore asked our tenant to go and see you and asked our tenant to ask you to call me. You told me it was not coming from your flat and that you were not prepared to investigate as you had to go to bed. You asked me to speak to the management company which I said was going to do but that you should also contact them. On speaking with our Landlords she had a similar problem with the bathroom in her flat that involved investigation resulting in her lifting up the bathroom floor. I tried to call you back to suggest if may be coming from under the kitchen floor but you declined to answer the phone or call me back. I therefore sent you a text. At this point more water was coming into our flat and causing more damage and I wanted you to take some action which is why I did highlight to you again the implications of further damage to our Landlords flat. I DID NOT LIE our tenant told me she had to go to work. I contacted the management company of your block Rebbeck Brothers office they were closed. I called the Rebbecks emergency plumber four times who eventually answered and said he didn’t feel well and would try and get someone to go out. I rang a further four times and although I didn’t get a call back I assume that my calls resulted in them attending, I would not describe these actions that of a “lazy” person. I am pleased that the issue is resolved and that there are no financial implications to you, I will speak with Rebbeck Brothers on Monday morning. Thank you for your assistance. Debbie Corbin
