GoogleKyall was our estate agent and made the process of buying our first house really easy. He always kept us updated with any progress that had been made in readiness for exchange and completion and was there to answer any questions we needed. Would 100% recommend Corbin&Co, and Kyall if you are looking for an estate agent, they were the most professional compared to several others that we arranged viewings through before finding the one so thankyou!

GoogleI was quite nervous about the process of selling our house, and I wasn't really sure what to expect out of an estate agent. Matthew at C&C has been a real rock for us! So reliable, professional, personable and responsive. He was the only person/service that didn't let us down in the selling and buying process. That, and living in mid Wales and beyond easy travelling distance, left me a little nervous as to how the process would work by remote control. In reality it proved incredibly easy and straightforward. The initial friendly telephone conversation with Debbie put me at ease, similarly the regular updates and helpful advice from Matthew. GoogleVery impressed with Corbin & Co. I've used other agents before who put a house up for sale, then sit back and you hear nothing. This time I chose Corbins to sell my stepfather's house. They put it up for sale with a good write-up and photos, kept me well informed when there was interest, when viewings were taking place AND called me afterwards to say how they went. We had many challenges with this sale because of the covid lockdown, then when the sale was imminent, it had to be put on hold while we waited for probate to be granted. But Debbie Corbin kept everyone interested and she really drove the sale through. I'm glad I've eventually found an estate agent I can trust to sell a house. GoogleEstate Agents can have a bad press, put that together with one of the most stressful events in your life and it can lead to disaster. This was not the case with Corbin & Co Estate agents. They let our property for over a year and were excellent arranging agents. When we decided to sell our property, they were just as good if not better. The valuation was spot on, and the advice we were given on the selling process was exemplary. Despite our first sale falling through, Corbin acted in our best interest at all times. I could not rate Corbin & Co Estate agents highly enough, without doubt, they are an excellent company to be involved with. Thanks to all.
