GoogleVery impressed with Corbin & Co. I've used other agents before who put a house up for sale, then sit back and you hear nothing. This time I chose Corbins to sell my stepfather's house. They put it up for sale with a good write-up and photos, kept me well informed when there was interest, when viewings were taking place AND called me afterwards to say how they went. We had many challenges with this sale because of the covid lockdown, then when the sale was imminent, it had to be put on hold while we waited for probate to be granted. But Debbie Corbin kept everyone interested and she really drove the sale through. I'm glad I've eventually found an estate agent I can trust to sell a house. Thankyou Corbin & Co. for going above and beyond what I'd expected.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

GoogleI have used Corbin & Co twice now once as a vendor and once indirectly as a purchaser. Each time they have been very professional in their approach and are very easy to deal with. The attention to detail is quite remarkable, they keep you well updated with events, answer queries and I cannot recommend this firm highly enough.
Thank you Colin for writing this review it is much appreciated, you are a pleasure to work with.

GoogleThe team at Corbin and co were a great aid in selling the property at a time of market uncertainty. The original valuation was a little ambitious and we were guided by Corbin staff to make a market correction. Thank you

GoogleEstate Agents can have a bad press, put that together with one of the most stressful events in your life and it can lead to disaster. This was not the case with Corbin & Co Estate agents. They let our property for over a year and were excellent arranging agents. When we decided to sell our property, they were just as good if not better. The valuation was spot on, and the advice we were given on the selling process was exemplary. Despite our first sale falling through, Corbin acted in our best interest at all times. I could not rate Corbin & Co Estate agents highly enough, without doubt, they are an excellent company to be involved with. Thanks to all.

GoogleWe used Corbin for a family house sale and I would not hesitate to recommend them. This was not an easy sale and it took some time to complete in the end. I was impressed by the diligence and professionalism they showed in assuring we made the right choices throughout the sale. This was complete service.
Thank you Ian for taking the time to write this review it is much appreciated.

GoogleAbsolutely appalling service, we needed our buyer to commit to a move date, we needed to know in order to purchase a park home and inform work we were leaving, as he wouldn't commit to one,we had to come up with dates ourselves, when these dates were put to Alison she basically flipped and made judgements and accusations that were completely untrue and unjust, we haven't finished our sale and move yet and are horrified we have now no choice but to deal with someone like this to complete! Good luck if you use her.
We are very disappointed by this review. We commenced marketing of Mrs Joy’s property on the 6th October 2016 and agreed a sale on the 27th October 2016 and completed on the sale on the 16th December 2016. Mrs Joy’s buyer did not want to complete until after Christmas, however, Mrs Joy insisted it complete in December. Alison worked extremely hard to negotiate this timescale with the buyer to satisfy Mrs Joy’s express requirements, which were indeed achieved. This review is a unexplainable and vindictive act by Mrs Joy, who at no time during this transaction expressed any dissatisfaction with Alison or our service. We would ask all prospective clients to visit our reviews on Facebook to get a more balanced view of Corbin & Co and the service we provide. Debbie Corbin

GoogleCorbins are our chosen letting agent. Chosen because of the team's professionalism and friendliness. We commenced letting my mother's property, as she is now in a care home, in March 2016, but worked with the team in the preceding 4 months in terms of clearing the property, selling items of furniture and refurbishment. Debbie Corbin and Lisa Pearce have at all times given value for money advice and guidance and have managed the letting to our complete satisfaction. My wife and I have no hesitation in recommending Corbins for prospective landlords and prospective property sellers and buyers.
Thank you Tom for taking the time out to write this review we really appreciate it and it is always a pleasure dealing with you too! Debbie

GoogleJust contacted for renting a property and Paula the person who answered the call didn’t even want to answer my questions, and couple of times was about to hang up, even thought I told her I’ll be coming from Birmingham to view the property in Bournemouth and I want to at least get the answers to my quest before I come. Over all the worst encounter with an agent in my entire life. Not helpful at all.
Dear Rez I am diapooninted you felt the need to write this poor review without giving me the opportunity to discuss your complaint. I understand Paula was trying to ascertain information from you to try to assist you And offered you a number of appointments on Friday for a viewing which were all not convienient for you. We do ask questions of potential tenants as our referencing process is very strict & we like to establish if tenants will be suitable for our landlords. I am happy to discuss this with you tomorrow if you wish. Debbie corbin
