GoogleSadly the worst experience choosing Austin & Wyatt Bournemouth. Never answered the phone, I’ve never had any feed back I don’t even know if they ever showed anyone around the property. The icing on the cake was my partner going to pick up the keys to my flat only to realise they are the keys to someone else’s property.

GoogleMet one of their colleagues today, very disrespectful regarding private belongings and disregarded our request like it didn't even happen. When an agency worker visits someone home they have to be considerate and ask permissions especially when it comes to completely private and personal belongings!!

I live in London and was not able to travel to Bournemouth to rent the house - however I left it with the estate agents and they managed to do everything without me even having to visit.
