Most dishonest rental agent in Kensington and Chelsea team. I had an experience recently where the rental agent did not even put my offer through for over a week claiming she was waiting for me to be more specific or was chekcing on mice.When I terminated my relationship she accepted and I used a differnet agency. She then claimed there was another offer and pushed me to offer more to rent. Then another week passed, and the agent was still trying to claim commissions from the second agent who put my offer through to the landlord. Because of the dishonest tactics and constant lies, I lost many other opportunities and two weeks from my window to rent the best flats. Shockingly, after the agent was unable to squeeze more cash and commisions, she called me (insisting it had to be a call) claiming the flat has had “massive leaks and the landlord cant rent it.” The agency admitted they had never disclosed any leaks to me before. Buyer be ware!

Always excellent efficient run service for maintenance issues at my property in Wrecclesham.. We were fortunate that it fell to Troy Budd to steer the sale of our property in Stoke Bishop, Bristol. The housing market was becoming increasingly sluggish, with the number of viewings declining. We also lost about 5/6 weeks when a 'prospective buyer" wasted our time, and Troy's, and then just walked away! Troy persisted and a previous "viewer" renewed his interest and, when we least expected, Troy's efforts were rewarded when, unexpectedly, exchange of contracts and completion were accomplished in quick time and the sale was concluded. Much due to Troy's perseverance and persuasive manner. Our sale was due, in no small part, to Troy's efforts in a difficult market.

Another estate agent, another poor review. The narrative never changes with this profession. They possess a very unhealthy disregard for people generally and prioritise fees over the satisfaction of the general public. This organisation is generally contemptuous of the house buying public and adopt intrusive and unprofessional approaches towards prospective customers

I been working with sale man call will baker and Jim baker. Be careful guys, biggest cheaters in the world. They take ur offer, and accept the offer they take that offer and go to some else and sale for more or they take more commission and cheat both buyers and sealers. They Don’t know how to talk, very rude, we accepted that’s and we thought just buy the property and don’t have to see them ever again. But we spent our 5k for the solicitors. Ordered all searches before search come back. Even after we having terms and conditions in place. They Agreed to another buyer even after showing full fund available to buy the property. Still cheated us and pulled the plug by putting a one line email. Be careful don’t waste your time. Please try and not use this people avoid your life time earning and time to go in drain.
