Worst nightmare auction system they have so here is what happened:I registered for an auction property a week ago and then I called them to confirm I can bid for the auction, they told me to check on website if I am approved of auction I have checked it was approved, I contacted them multiple times to make sure I am part of auction, they told yes you are and finally before auction start time which was mentioned on the website called them again to confirm they said I have to send an email to confirm and they will send me the bidding over the email I was confused how is IT possible to do that. I missed this property to bid I would say worst system they have if you call no one knows about their own system, really disappointed as compared to others

I booked a holiday let with a Savilles associate company and only did so as the Savilles logo on their website gave me confidence to book. However, the company is untrustworthy and wrongly take money from you. The company is morzine-immo.com and if you search their Google reviews (they don’t have any Trustpilot) you will see people referring to them as scammers etc. Savilles, please disassociate yourselves from unscrupulous companies such as these as they are damaging your good name and reputation.

I would like to warn first-time buyers at Saville online auction: please don't make the mistake of thinking it's easy to buy a house at an auction with a bridge loan.My daughter bought her first property at a Saville auction without having a lawyer read the auction fine print. She had to pay £10,000 for the seller's legal fees, which was included in the contract. Additionally, she could not get access to do a survey report to submit to the lender, resulting in missing the deadline by one day. This led to a £1,000 fine for late payment, on top of her solicitor fees and stamp duty. Furthermore, the property is not on the land register. Be careful, it can be very costly.

Truly the worst experience of my adult life. Blatantly (& unlawfully) lied & used coercive unfair business practices to get a property agreed, then lied at every turn thereafter, completely mismanaged and abdicated their responsibilities, didn’t keep agreements or their word, cost me thousands and thousands of pounds and months of unspeakable acute stress for a property that was uninhabitable, and took no responsibility for anything. Was forced to have to rent elsewhere and pay for two properties as a result of their fraud, deceit and bullying. Even my seasoned solicitor is appalled by their outrageous behaviour and conduct. Avoid at all costs. If possible to give no stars I would.

The property had been vacant for a few years after a major renovation and left some open permits so when the offer was accepted, I had a nightmare trying to put all docs together. Marius had stretched way beyond his role and helped significantly. It was a lengthy process with unlimited documents to provide and Marius didn't quit. He helped me through this entire process.
