GoogleLANDLORDS AND TENANTS BEWARE!! I’ve tried calling Fox & Sons on numerous occasions 100s of times and they have never picked up or called back. It seems like an occurring problem at this estate agents from their reviews. Wouldn't trust them with my property.

GoogleOne of the worst agencies I've used for renting. If you're planning to rent with them better pray to not have any maintenance problems. They usually take between 8 weeks and 2+ years to get them done. Still got fences broken by the 2021 storms, not fixed yet. You try to call them? No-one answers.

GoogleAgents were very helpful. They guided me through the process from start to finish. The property was shown to a large number of viewers in a short space of time, and the buyer was helped to get his mortgage by Fox & Sons. The only issue was the slow pace of negotiations as one of the solicitors had endless questions.
