Lauren Hurle is a very good properties Co-Ordinator always there when ever I needed help and managed to get me a free quote for stiff door eventhough I did not go with this contractor she managed to get another one and problem solved with the least cost. She acted as ago between her department and the electrical maintenance department. Today, I collected the keys to our new property from Jack, manager of Fox and Sons Winton, Bournemouth branch. There were times during the unexpectedly sticky process that we did not think we would reach this point. Excellent service provided by the whole team! As a first time landlord, I’ve felt in over my head through a lot of the process, but Karen and Kelsey have been supportive every step of the way. Karen was exceptionally proactive in finding suitable tenants and made the whole thing very smooth! I went to view a property yesterday but sadly I was not fast enough to secure the property, someone else beat me to it. I would however like to say that Ella Walsh, the young lady who showed me the property was extremely friendly and professional. She was also very helpful and explained everything. She advised me to contact the office as soon as possible if I was interested in the flat. Unfortunately didn't manage to call the agency because I had to return to work. By the time I contacted them the following day, the flat was gone. Ella was great!! Thank you Ella.

They're falsely advertising the property on the RightMove website. I was looking for a Studio Apartment and pressed on the advert. Going back and forth, filling out my personal data and emailing literally the whole day and a half thinking that they're genuine. As it turns out, it was only a room in the apartment with other tenants, NOT a Studio as they advertised, what a scum. Advert says and i qoute 'if you rent before Xmas your rent will be 50% OFF FIRST MONTH'S RENT IF MOVE IN BY BEFORE CHRISTMAS, so i needed a Studio Flat asap and was adamant to rent it, asking to view it, and Karen says ok, i can send you the video tour of the flat... I replied, NO, i need to see the flat before i will rent it out, obviously... I haven't heard from them for a couple of hours, and finally Karen replied in the evening today on the 22/12/2025, that this is only a room in the flat and vioung will only be on the 29/12/2025. You can all imagine me being furious and let down. Do you all see how they're scumming people... TIME WASTERS, can not recommend it at all. Don't trust them now.

Great service! We have used Fox & Sons Winton for the past two years to rent our house in Talbot Woods and have received excellent service from the very first visit. On that visit Karen gave us great confidence in their ability to get it rented and genuinely made us feel that she would be excited to have our property on their books. Not only did Fox & Sons get it rented quickly, but also when we needed to find new tenants after the first ones left it rented quickly again. We also have had fantastic support during the rental (shout out to Kelsey here!) and have always been made to feel we could call for anything and would get excellent support and advice.
