I can’t recommend Fox & Sons enough. I’m relatively new to renting properties, but Karen and Kelsey have been fantastic. They were happy to answer any questions and explain the process, their responses are quick and I’ve always been kept in the loop with exactly what’s happening. I’ve now rented my second property through them and I wouldn’t use anyone else.

All i can do is write my honest experience here. Have never ever once been able to get through on the phone at all. Ever. Kelsey is the only person that will respond to emails all others go into a black hole. Moving into a new property there were multiple issues with. One being a massive issue of not being able to access my gas and electric box that are on meters and will run out soon, leaving me with no gas or electric. When told about it and asking for a rent reduction ( think im fully entitled too as there were multiple issues iv just listed the largest one) they said no as these aren't major issues! I guess it's normal to have no access to gas and electric. Tried phoning there head office and shocker they tell you they aren't receiving calls so no chance to complain. Convenient ay. Tried maintenance and kept getting told they would put me through to someone and it just endlessly rings till it disconnects. Honestly im so angry. This move has been insanely stressful and only made worse by the constant chasing up of fox and sons during the entire process and now when i move in there is still problems. Avoid at all costs. Karen and Kelsey were absolutely excellent. So friendly, ultra efficient and they really understand the market. They are so knowledgeable and gave us some really useful advice which is amazing as we have been Landlords for over 8 years. Karen posted our property on the Monday afternoon on-line, conducted viewings on the Wednesday and had signed up a super tenant by the Wednesday. This is the best service we have ever received from an Estate Agent. Kelsey even went over and above by contacting our Electrical Engineer to send an updated safety certificate. Great communication at each stage, very thorough and efficient. We really felt like we were in safe hands at each stage. Thank you so much and we will be back in the future. We only wish you were based in the Midlands as well to help us. Aug 21/Sept 21 - Kelsey and Clare have done it again. Two sets of tenants for us, one in Poole and one in the West Midlands. I recently used Fox and Sons for help with letting a property. I was initially after a specific type of service which not many agents were willing to provide. However, after getting in touch with the very helpful Kelsey from F&S she was able to reassure me that they would be more than happy to meet my needs. The process was remarkably efficient and professional. Kelsey was incredibly helpful throughout and really made the process of finding a tenant hassle free. And all was provided at a reasonable cost and completed in a short period of time. The team proved to be both reliable and friendly. We have used Karen and her team for a number of years now and would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone that is, or is thinking of becoming a landlord. They have always strived to get the best possible rental income from the best possible tenant. They will not just put any old person in the property to make a quick buck. From minute one Charlotte was brilliant to us and helped us all the way along the way, going the extra mile for us to get us the best possible deal.
