I have recently dealt with Fox & Son regarding renting my daughter's house. The service I received from Karen Akerman and Kelsey in the letting department of Fox & Son Winton Branch in Bournemouth was first class service, they were dedicated for their job, they conducted the survey first and provided details of the property which was disseminated widely and finally found an appropriate tenant. they communicated continuously and provided update and feedback after each visit, Their fees are reasonable and acceptable and dealing with them was a pleasure and very satisfactory. My experience of Fox and Sons relates not so much with the company as the people I deal with on a regular basis who work for them. I have been dealing for about twenty years with the Lettings team duo, mother and daughter, Karen and Kelsey, and for me their service has been exemplary. I sometimes get frustrated in the last year or so, that the phone is not always answered, because they are too busy, but I short circuit this by going into the office and get the matter resolved. I value their service., and on the basis of how I am treated have no hesitation in recommending them to others. There is always room for improvement, so I'm not a five star person.

Our sale began 7 months ago, we are first time buyers without a chain, everything should have gone through quickly and smoothly, however, due to a terrible solicitor (seller’s), it took a lot longer.
