GoogleMy daughter who's bringing up 2 babies on her own, desperate to rent a small house with a garden, gave Austin & Wyatt £250 to hold a property for a week whilst she organised her references. As a homeowner I've been her guarantor for the past 12 months but my earnings didn't fit their criteria , unable to find a suitable guarantor they placed the property back on the market after 3 days and she lost her £250. GoogleI've recently used Scott and Austin & Wyatt in Lower Parkstone to sell my house. I was hugely impressed with the professionalism and honesty Scott showed throughout the process. I've been out the country, but haven't had to chase the team up on anything. Scott kept me informed of the viewings, feedback and offers at all times and helped us secure a sale quickly and for a good price. Would happily recommend to anyone.

So often as a purchaser you do not hear much from an agent after the deal is struck until the end of the process.
