First opened in 2007, the Bourne branch is owned by Managing Director Jason Treadwell who also owns offices in the nearby Towns of Stamford, Oakham & Uppingham. The branch has seen tremendous grownth over the last few years taking on more staff and now offers in-house mortgage advice alongside sales, lettings, surveying, conveyancing & investment advice. With its town centre location, the premises were recently completely refitted and offer free parking to the rear. Customers enjoy high levels of service with everyone treated individually and directors involved at every point, with every team member offering expert local knowledge. Property marketing includes full colour sales particulars with a floorplan and professional photography for every property, promoted through the major property portals, local press advertising and at the branch’s illuminated window display, as well as being promoted through the other Newton Fallowell live-linked offices.

GoogleNewton Fallowell successfully sold my late mother’s bungalow recently. I turned to them as two previous local estate agents had failed to sell the property. They took a more proactive approach to the marketing and created a lot of interest and eventually found the right buyer. The staff were professional whilst maintaining a good rapport with myself. Overall I was very happy with their services in difficult marketing conditions.

GooglePoor service generally. They give the impression that they don't care. Poor communication they don't give feedback or chase buyers. I come go on and on. You will pay a lot and get almost nothing. There are much better agents offering a far better service

FacebookMost disgusting customer service I've ever witnessed. Lack of communication and no help whatsoever. If you want an estate agent that is highly unprofessional and clearly needs training in how to speak to customers id recommend these and don't forget to ask for Phil... and to further prove the use of bad customer service the director of the company rang me to ask me to delete this post as it "makes them look bad". This was the whole point of the comments page... to let potential customers know what they're in for...

Trying to buy a property from this company is a nightmare. Poorly trained staff, bad customer service, no communication skills, and an all round terrible service. I would never use these estate agents again not would I recommend them to anyone. one of them team even put the phone down on myself to speak to a client when I am a client all ready on the phone. never have I witnessed such useless staff. and to top it off the manager asked me to delete a bad comment left on their Facebook page... As it made them look bad.. absolutely disgusting from them.

I received outstanding service when selling a bungalow. I was particularly impressed by: * their speed and the thoroughness of the replies on particular matters; * I lived approximately 80 miles from the property and they dealt with all matters in an exemplary manner without the need for a visit from me e.g at one of their weekly visits they identified a water leek. After gaining my permission they arranged for a very modestly priced plumber to fix it. * They were not solely dependent on Rightmove, Zoopla etc. though they do use them * The property was sold to a cash purchaser on the day it was offered for sale at the top end of the price range which I had received from more than one independent valuer. * Because Probate took longer than expected and they managed to keep the purchaser interested throughout. * Because they don't seem to employ a separate receptionist the respondent always had a full knowledge of the property and where is was in the process. The agents were very professional and polite throughout the period. Property inspections were carried out on schedule and they reported back to me. They were outstanding.
