GoogleWe had a viewing with Tom on Saturday and he was very accommodating in rescheduling for us as we ended up running late and missing our slot! He was also very patient when we got lost finding the property, and then very friendly and helpful with the viewing.

FacebookBen Robertson was the only estate agent that we came across that explained everything we needed to know about renting our first property. As my husband was from Bali I was concerned that It would affect our renting prospects.. Other estate agents Haven’t been very helpful compared to Ben. GoogleWe bought our first house through Chancellors Botley recently and were delighted with the excellent service we received from all members of the team. Jack Parker in particular was very helpful and kept us informed of progress at all stages. He was happy to guide us through the sales process and dealt with both sets of solicitors swiftly and professionally to make sure that we were able to move on the date we wanted to. It was very reassuring for us to know that we could call Jack whenever we had a question (no matter how big or small!), especially as the house-buying process was completely new to us! He always replied promptly to emails and although we were buyers rather than sellers, we felt that Jack was really working to help us too. He kept in contact with us throughout the whole process, not just up until the house was off the market. We would not hesitate to recommend Jack and Chancellors Botley to other buyers and to sellers too - perhaps the greatest compliment we can give is that if we come to sell our property, we will certainly be asking Jack to sell it for us!

Terry and the team were pofessional, courteous and above all else always on hand to keep us updated, answer our questions and generally assure us that all was going to plan. Our house sold in 12 days! The process end to end was painless and Terry always took the time to check that we were happy at every stage; if all estate agent's looked after their clients like this the overall reputation of the industry would go through the roof.

If all estate agents performed like Terry, the profession would have a much better reputation! He phoned us frequently just to keep us up to date with any progress, was unfailingly polite, sensitive and helpful and was prepared to go the extra mile when minor crises arose. 5 star service indeed! GoogleWe just sold our house through Michael Trueman at the Botley Chancellors. Due to a variety of uncontrollable circumstances on our part, it turned out to be a fairly drawn out and difficult sale. Michael was unbelievably patient and understanding in his communications with both us and our buyers, and went far above the call of duty in ensuring that our sale went through. I am quite sure that the sale would have fallen through without Michael's care and attention, but we had a very happy ending. I can recommend Michael and his team without hesitation.

GoogleWe used Chancellors at Botley to rent out our house. We were looked after by Arabella Wiltshire, the Lettings Manager. Arabella is very knowledgeable about her field and is always professional, helpful, but most of all very friendly. She kept us well-informed during the period our property was being advertised and also gave us feedback after the viewings. Arabella is always willing to advise and nothing is too much trouble for her, no matter how insignificant the question. We are very impressed with the service we received from the Botley office.

GoogleMichael Trueman and the team were great throughout the sale of my house. In my previous experiences with selling via estate agents I found that enthusiasm for marketing waned after the first month or so - not so with Chancellors Botley - they never took their eye off the ball and kept up the same level of effort and communication throughout all the time my property was on the market. I was also impressed with Nicole Puckett (Sales Progression Advisor) who kept on the case between offer and completion and made sure there were no unnecessary delays. Highly recommended.

GoogleIn the absence of being able to speak to something at Chancellors who has any empathy with a sale being handled by this office I would ask you do your homework first - Sadly the sales negotiator hands over to a progession team who neither know their client or understand their needs - no continuity, no care , sadly a sign of the times - I would not recommend on any level and make no apologies for this review

FacebookWe just moved out of a property managed by chancellors, the agency and most of the staff working there are extremely incapable, downright unhelpful, with the exception of Isabelle Smyth - Senior Property Manager, so this 5 star goes to her and her only. She remained kind, polite and professional at all situations, was super helpful and where all others failed went out of her way to assist us with our queries. She deserves the recognition, if it wasn't for her we would have had a much worse experience than we did. Thanks Isabelle!

GoogleWe would strongly recommend Michael and the Chancellors team to anyone thinking of selling their home. We have sold two houses and purchased one using this office and have always been treated with a very professional approach from the outset. With Michael in overall charge the service & support has been excellent. In particular Michael should be singled out for special praise. He is so welcoming, polite, supportive and tenacious. He keeps the communication channels open with all the different parties involved...........just what is necessary to make the buy/sale happen.
