FacebookI would highly recommend giving these guys a miss..... Or at least the leominster branch anyway. Absolutely appalling service. We certainly won't be approaching this company with our money in the future.

GoogleArabella Wiltshire has proved invaluable in finding the perfect tenants for our house. She has always responded promptly to any request for information or help and has done it efficiently. All face to face contact with her has been a pleasure as she is polite and pleasant to deal with. GoogleDue to our house being flooded we had to look for alternative accommodation and me and my partner decided to contact Chancellors. The lady whom we most had contact for assisting us with the rented accommodation was Arabella whom I can say is very efficient and supportive. Thank you so much! I would highly recommend this estate agents to anymore whom is looking to rent or to sell.

FacebookAbsolutely disgraceful. 48 hours before my step daughter was due to move into a rental property Chancellors have told her that the move cannot go ahead. She has a signed contract and has paid the deposit. No one is responding to phone calls or emails. Spent the whole morning trying to get hold of someone to find out what is happening.

FacebookWe recently sold our flat through Oliver in the Langley branch who was professional and enthusiastic. Hannah in the progression team was fantastic, it's the first time i've sold a property and she was brilliant, I think I would have gone nuts without her help liasing with the buyers and in particular their crap solicitors! Chancellors are pricey but the customer service we had was great.
