GoogleKFH have been great at helping us find our home. We worked with Mihai Stanciu and he has been exceptional throughout. He was patient, helpful and gave us the support we needed. He managed to help us get through this process and managed to mediate with the vendor to overcome any issues which might have delayed the final exchange. We can definitely recommend him!

GoogleReally great experience with KFH recently during my rental search! As a second time renter- having only rented as a student before, and unfamiliar with the London Bridge area, Zak went above and beyond to make my search as easy as possible. Not only was he helpful in understanding my rental criteria and recommending flats to view, but he was also very knowledgable during our viewings and was able to answer any questions I asked- whether it be about the area, the flat, or KFH’s rental procedure. For a novice renter, having an agent who is very knowledgable is great, but having one who is prompt + responsive as well is even better, as you can feel assured knowing that all your worries and queries will be answered. Even when I requested a second viewing last minute, Zak was able to accommodate and do so, which I greatly appreciated. I highly recommend anyone looking to rent to go with KFH and to ask for Zak!

Having had a really disappointing experience last year with a purchase falling through, I thought I'd have a really tough time looking at properties again. Joshua actually made it fun! GoogleWe had a very good experience with KFH. Karen Rawlings was so helpful and kind - she put in a lot of work to help us find a place that suited us and our situation. We ended up in a lovely home and she helped us move it along quickly due to the time constraints I had with starting a new job (and during covid times!). Also thank you to Ben for his help too! Highly recommend for a friendly and honest service.

Lewis Hamilton-York was absolutely incredible, showing us flats almost every single day until we found the perfect one for us, while always being extremely responsive and supportive. We were very lucky to deal with Lewis from day one as he was exceedingly professional and helpful throughout the whole process, from showing us the amazing properties KFH has in their portfolio, to signing the tenancy agreement, and all the steps in between, including the weekend where he took the time to answer our queries, which is simply amazing. We could not be happier with our experience with KFH! As a first time renter in London, I would never expect the process to go over so fast and so smoothly. This was only possible due to Lewis outstanding support. The service KFH offers is absolutely superb! GoogleWe have moved in a week ago in our flat in Southwark, and our property was advertised by KFH. I must say that I am very pleased by the professionalism and service we received from Courtney Earley who is our main contact, but also thanks to Ben Rayner and Karen Rawlings for the help and support when Courtney wasn't available. The reason why they get 4 stars and not 5 is because a few mistakes were made in the agreements (Tenancy Agreement & Direct Debit) and we had to flag it to them. the irregularities were fixed quickly and professionally. Also a few minor delays on appointments due to a lack of communication which can be forgivable when you acknowledge that you are in Central London and that EVERYONE is busy and late. I believe our situation is a great reminder to all tenants that you MUST read your documents before signing them, you can never be too careful. We all know that these are painful to read but do yourself a favor and flag ANYTHING that you find suspicious before signing (especially if you have special clauses agreed with your Landlord). Anyway, great experience despite a few stressful moments, and I recommend KFH for anyone who is looking for a nice property in SE1! Thank you!

GoogleVery easy service from viewing properties, signing contracts and to moving in - a lot of the process is done through their online portal (which is fantastic if you're trying to move and are in a full time job and don't have time to physically go to the agents and sign contracts!) Courtney Earley was our lettings manager and he has provided a fantastic service from viewing our flat to getting the keys - very professional and helpful! KFH also manage the property which is great as we just have one port of call if we have any issues and they generally respond quite quickly. Would highly recommend!

Being foreigners, he explained to us how the city works, the deadlines and presented us with offers that had the characteristics of what we were looking for. GoogleI bought my flat 4 years ago through KFH and have recently just sold it through them. Various other agents were initially involved in the sale but the team at KFH surpassed all others with the sale and I put this down to their professionalism, due diligence and thoughtfulness throughout the whole process. The team led by Scott West were all kept up to date with progress on the sale, which took an immense amount of pressure off, so I could concentrate on my own job having complete confidence in them. I would have no hesitation at all in recommending KFH for anyone wishing to purchase or sell a property in central London, go to the London Bridge office and put the stresses of moving in their safe hands.
