GoogleI highly recommend Ben Rayner at KFH. I had started a new job in London and was commuting from Cambridge. I started looking around for an apartment to rent, and signed on with several agencies. The one that stood out for me, and was by far the most helpful, was Ben at KFH. He found a number of apartments for us to view, and was conscious of our specific needs throughout. Highly recommended.

We reached out to KFH on a particular property and on the back of the viewing we met Omar, a senior lettings negotiator. Throughout our search, Omar had been instrumental in offering advice, listening to our requirements and making the whole experience as smooth as possible and always going above and beyond to ensure we feel comfortable in the decisions we were making. We have now placed and offer on a place we love and couldn’t be happier.

GoogleWe've recently sold our flat through KFH London Bridge (March '17) and couldn't recommend them enough. Antonio (our main contact), Daniel & Franck were all very helpful, professional & efficient; they made the process really easy and stress free. Communication was great and any slight hiccups (on our buyers side) were resolved very quickly. If all estate agents were as good as them, moving house would be a much more enjoyable experience!

GoogleWe experienced a very smooth process with KFH LB for renting our flat. Carlos (the agent we were in touch) did a very good job communicating with us and followed up every time he said he would give us a call. This helped cultivate trust and we felt that at no point we were mislead with information. Credits go to Sofia who helped with the paperwork and Ben who promptly addressed our queries for the contract. Overall, very pleased with how matters were handled by all.
