Dealt with the sales side of the agency and had a highly professional service from start to finish. After looking for around a year for the right property, we received a recommendation from Laurence Dengate and viewed a property on a whim at the end of a day, which we ended up having our offer accepted on. Despite the seller being unmotivated and therefore slowing down the process, Laurence and the team at KFH were always highly professional and helped push things through, along with our solicitor who came at recommendation from KFH and was excellent. Would recommend KFH to facilitate a sale in the future.

As most of you will agree that experience of hunting a new place to rent can be very stressful and costly affair. Whilst most agents are interesting in getting a tenant for their landlords I find the agents from KfH very professional. Especially Courtney who understood our requirements very well and showed us the property which he believe would be more suitable for us. His frank and honest opinion makes him very trustworthy. Moreover, we had to move into the property on very short notice due to delay in referencing and Courtney even offered to come to the office to give us the key on Sunday when they are normally closed. They do go above and beyond their responsibilities to ensure we get good service. Definitely recommend.

I worked with Ben Raynor at KFH and highly recommend him as well as KFH. I'd chosen a different apartment through a different agency and it fell through just three days prior to my planned move in. I reconnected with Ben and he got me in to see two apartments within a couple hours of my contacting him. He met me at 8pm, much later than I'd expected he'd be willing to do a visit, and I took one of the two apartments. He took care of everything for me and made the process as easy as possible. I recently sold my flat through Kinleigh Folkard and Hayward and they were incredibly helpful and professional throughout the whole process. I had talked to other Estate Agents, but the guys at KFH offered by far the best advice to guide me through the whole process from valuation to completion with realistic and honest advice. Although the whole team were amazing, I would like to thank Scott West who brought the buyer to my flat for the initial viewing, secured the offer and negotiated the sale.
