GoogleMihai was(is) incredibly supportive and lovely throughout my home-buying process! As a first-time buyer, I was quite nervous about it all, but Mihai made everything so much easier. He was incredibly reassuring and patient, taking the time to explain every step and answer all my questions! GoogleWe highly recommend KFH London Bridge, particularly our estate agent Franck Rouget. We sold our old flat and bought our new house with him. The biggest compliment that I can give him is that he listened to us and knew what we were looking for in a new home. Fortunately for us, he had the perfect place on his books and helped us to get it. Franck was professional and very polite at all times. If we ever move again (we're not going to - but IF we did) then we'd definitely use KFH again.

GoogleFranck at KFH London Bridge has been the most professional, courteous and efficient estate agent I've dealt with over many purchases. He was always prompt in his communications and proactive in his work. He went out of his way to be helpful and was very straightforward in his negotiations, while still representing the interests of his vendor. I've been very impressed by his professionalism -- I wish there were more estate agents with this attitude.

I've come across many unprofessional estate agents in London & most of them don't have a clue how to conduct business which makes things very difficult. Mihai has been extremely helpful and attentive, you can tell he has experience in the field and understands the modern market. Definitely would recommend this branch!!

Some key points in the process: -Maira was very nice on the viewing, allowed me to take my time and search the flat very carefully -then, she was planning the timeline accordingly, so the move could be very smooth and on time -and most importantly, she was always available on her phone, whenever we needed any support! This was great!

GoogleI contacted this agency for property viewings in Waterloo, Borough and Bermondsey in London and was very impressed by the helpfulness and efficiency of their sales negotiator Mihai Stanciu who hosted me. Mihai went above and beyond to show me properties that matched my criteria and also interesting opportunities to consider. Mihai never rushed me nor tried to impose his opinions on me regarding properties and he displayed excellent expertise on the area and the properties he showed me. He was also respectful of my time to group viewings together in an efficient manner. He also aided me with additional services such as surveyor contacts which I found very helpful.

GoogleI am writing this review having not actually rented with KFH, purely due to the excellent service provided by Zak Kourtaa which stood out against an otherwise awful experience trying to rent a property in London at the moment. Zak was extremely helpful, calling me whenever anything that fit my brief became available. All the properties he suggested fit my brief location and budget wise, which is extremely rare in comparison to other estate agents. Zak was extremely polite and I'd like to thank him for his help.

GoogleWe just sold our London flat through KFH. Laurence, the head of the team, and Mihai, our agent, were both amazing. We met with a number of other highly rated local estate agents, but Laurence was by far the best prepared and offered the most thoughtful insight into potential marketing strategies. Once we had a buyer, despite his other responsibilities, he was on top of every twist and turn of the sales process, offering all the help and support that we needed. Mihai is highly professional and pragmatic - someone who both anticipates issues that might arise, and is quick to identify solutions to anything unexpected that threatens to de-rail the progress of the sale. In all our years, and through the many property transactions that we have endured, he is the best estate agent that we have encountered.
