TrustpilotNeilsons Corstorphine
Neilsons Corstorphine. Asked them to represent my mum. Lawyer left whilst acting on her behalf and Neilsons never told us. We were waiting for a reply and messaged them after 2 months to find out that he had left and they advised that they don't tell clients when lawyers leave?! It took over 2 weeks and multiple calls to eventually speak to another lawyer.

GoogleWe started to look for our home at the beginning of 2020 and took nearly 3 years to find our place. They made quite a few offers on our behalf over this time and we found the same professionalism and support from the first property we showed our interest to the one we finally bought. Thank you.

Had great service from Neilsons on recent house sale , took care of the photos , plan and video via Planography photo business.advised us on price and strategy to maximise the final sale price. Had them do our viewings whilst on holiday too. Forty viewings & nine offers in two weeks. We were in a small chain and we are not the most patient people but Neilsons answered our emails and enquiries and pushed our sale through eventually to our satisfaction.

TrustpilotBad experience with Neilsons
As first time buyers we relied on Neilsons to guide us through the house buying process, but we didn't feel we received the best service and it was really disappointing. They made huge mistakes in the process, they got our move in date wrong which lead to a last minute rush in sorting out the paper work to allow us to move on time. They provided us with final payment figures which were incorrect. We gave them two stars because once the payment was made they did move things along quite quickly and were helpful in getting the paperwork sorted in short notice. Personally, I wouldn't use this company.
