I was being approached by several other well-known estate agencies in Scotland , I decided to try my luck with Neilson’s primarily for conveyancing purposes because it was very local. I really think I struck gold. The staff were sympathetic , friendly and professional in their handling of the conveyancing issues arising from the contractual agreement with the estate agency and another lawyer.
