GoogleSue and Kate are amazing at what they do. The valuation was spot on and we achieved our asking price. The photos and video they took were brilliant and captured the property well. From the house going live on the Friday evening we had nine viewings booked up within two days and achieved two offers. The communication was amazing throughout and they was always there with reassurance, calmed my anxieties, gave brilliant advice and kept us up to date throughout the process. They are so much more than an estate agent. They provide such a personal service and they genuinely care about you. We are so glad we chose Roe and Co to sell our property, we would recommend them to everyone!! Thankyou so much, we are now in our forever home just in time for Christmas.

GoogleWe were very pleased with the service we received from Roe&Co when selling our property. The initial photos taken of the house were excellent and we had 8 viewings within 2 days of putting the property on the market. We accepted an offer above the asking price a few days after this and the sale completed 9 weeks after us accepting the offer. All the initial communication from Roe&Co was excellent the only very minor issue is we would have appreciated a weekly update throughout the selling process to reassure us that everything was on track for completion. Would definitely recommend Roe&Co to others and would not hesitate to deal with them in the future.

GoogleThe market is saturated with Estate Agents but really good ones are hard to find. Roe & Co Residential Sales and Lettings are extremely professional and knowledgeable. They strove to find the right buyer for our property and the entire process was effortless. Never once did they make us feel like 'just another customer'. They were really helpful in organising an additional viewing of the property so my partner could view the house as well. GoogleMy girlfriend and I viewed a property with Kate who was incredibly helpful. Kate took the time to call and confirm the appointment whilst providing guidance such as how to find the property. That level of care is something we have yet experienced. The property itself wasn't the right fit for us but Kate completely understood that as first time buyers we just want to find a property we both love.
