Stephen did a great job in keeping me informed of the renting progress, used his knowledge and expertise in selecting the right tenant for me and my property - and not just taking the first person interested, gave expert legal advice on points that I've overlooked, and generally looked after me throughout the process! He also responded in a timely manner and everything was completed above and beyond my expectations. Just sold my home of 25 years plus through Roe & Co who were recommend to me by a friend at work. I dealt with Sue McDermott but met both Kate & Steve at the photography/video session. I have to say I was utterly devastated to be selling but the time was right to move on. Sue was absolutely first class from the moment she walked through my door for the valuation to the moment she sang ‘Congratulations’ to me over the phone after completion 🤣 she not only kept me in the loop with the progression of the sale every week but lifted my spirits when I was ‘down’ about it. Myself and my partner brought a house listed by Roe&Co estate agents. They were on the ball and helped with our every request. From booking us in for our first viewing on one of their listed properties to allowing us to view the same property again the same week to let our parents come and have a look at the house too. We dealt with Kate and she was amazing and ensured the sale went through really quickly and there was no time wasting. If you are considering your property to be listed by an agent I highly recommend roe and co solicitors as they are on the ball and have some beautiful properties listed at very fair prices on the market. On the day we moved in Kate and her partner even went out of their way to drop the keys off at the new address to save me or my partner the bother of picking up the keys as well as a lovely package of gifts and a nice bottle to move into the house with. Every little fine detail was just spot on and there wasn’t a step in the process where we felt unsure of anything which was key when we had never done anything like this before as we were first time buyers. Thanks Kate and the team for helping us move so easily and with no stress whatsoever.

There aren't enough words in my vocabulary to describe how good Kate Roe is. We started the process of selling our house back in January and finally moved last week. Over this 8-9 month period we have had countless challenges with the process and Kate was there to support and sort on every occasion. As a Mortgage Broker myself I understand the process better than most, but this move would not have happened without the help and support of Kate. Hours on the phone, hundreds of messages exchanged and always kept all parties up to date and aware. If you think estate agents are there to take pictures and show people around your home, you'd be right - but what you get from Kate is so, so much more and everything she does extra is what makes her stand out from the crowd -and believe me, its needed now more than ever!

We met Sue of Roe & Co when selling my aunts home when she moved into residential care. We were apprehensive of the process as we were not fully familiar with what would happen but Sue quickly put us at ease, by the time she left we felt like we had known her for years ! Her estimation of the market value of the property came as a surprise to us but Sue had done her preparation beforehand gathering information on properties in the area and that value was supported by the fact that when the house was marketed a few days later there was considerable interest and an offer of slightly about the initial valuation within a couple of days. Unfortunately for us all our relationship went on for some time due to issues with the Land Registry of the property but Sue maintained contact throughout liaising between ourselves, the solicitor and the buyer to ensure that we didn’t have to remarket the property which had eventually been empty for several months. Roe & Co are based out of our area but should I need to sell my current home at some stage I would consider myself very fortunate to enlist an agent in my area who is so pleasant and committed to their job.

The whole process of trying to buy the house was a nightmare but the one shining star was Kate who was the only person who knew what she was doing. After a really bad experience with another well known estate agents which resulted in our sale falling through 3 times, we turned to Kate who was recommended to us by a friend.
