GoogleI was so impressed from start to finish. I received fantastic service, Kate kept me in the loop throughout and was very responsive. Considering the process of buying a house is usually one of the most stressful things you can do it actually turned out to be completely stress free, I would highly recommend Roe & Co.

GoogleKate demonstrated within minutes that she offered a service over and beyond anything I've experienced previously from estate agents. From a buyers perspective, she has been highly professional whilst remaining personable, making viewing properties at a stressful time, completely stress free. Furthermore, she has been in regular contact providing updates and responds to queries quickly, regardless of time of day. I only wish I knew about Kate when I was selling my previous property. I guarantee that I will use Kate in the future. I would encourage others to do so. Supporting local businesses that provide first class service....its win win.

Kate's knowledge of the area and industry in general is impeccable and as a result of her forward thinking initiatives that are way ahead of the older and more traditional estate agencies we sold our house in days! GoogleRight from the off Roe and Co have provided an exemplary, personal service. Always quick to respond to emails and messages with detail and context. Being our first time letting out our property and us moving abroad, we wanted an agent who we could trust and have confidence in and who would manage our property effectively while we were away. After only hearing positive feedback on them and being a local agent, we contacted Roe and Co who arranged to come and see us at the property, where Stephen talked us through the whole process, their involvment and their rigerous review process for their letting candidates. Ever since then the whole process has been simple and communication has been excellent with Roe and co keeping us informed on every decision and transaction along the way. We were fortunate enough to have offers made on the property on the first day of marketing, mostly down to Roe and Co's marketing startegy, reputation and netwrok. The tennants were carefully selected and interviewed by Roe and Co and I was given a call that evening where Stephen gave me an overview of the candidates for my wife and I to make the best, most informed descision on accepting the new tennants. Roe and Co did all the background checks and fed everything back once they were in a position to proceed. Only 3 weeks after putting the property on the market, the tennants are now occupying our property and are happy. I have every confidence this will continue and where any issues arise they will be dealt with promptly and effectively thanks to the diligence of Roe and Co. I believe that good relationships are built on trust and respect. With Roe and Co we have both and consder them and their personal, professional and freindly, approach to be values of a great relationship. Thank you Roe and Co for everything you have done for us so far.

GoogleWe have bought/sold enough properties to be able to compare estate agents, and these exceed others by far. The communication and feedback throughout the entire process was the very best, and everything we needed to know was always clear and precise.They did an excellent job of selling our property with a modern advertisement that was professional and just what we wanted. We had constant feedback regarding viewings, as well as phonecalls regarding the selling process. Sue in particular, made it clear that nothing was ever too much trouble. After using this agent we would never consider using another. Definitely recommended.

GoogleFantastic experience dealing with this company. Both Sue and Kate are so friendly and approachable. We were kept up to date the whole way through the process. Sue worked really well with our solicitor and just made sure that the ball kept rolling and everyone knew what stage things were at as it all progressed along. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them and would use them in the future myself, although hopefully I’m never moving again! 😊

GoogleAt every step of the way Roe & Co kept in touch with me, being very clear about how the letting process works. Within days of the property being listed they had found a suitable tenant and during the checks etc they made sure all the legal requirements were in place. If you are thinking of letting a property or switching letting agents I would recommend you have a chat with them.

She went above and beyond to fit us in for a viewing at short notice + followed up quickly.
