I dealt with Sue & Kate. Honest, reliable, trustworthy. If it wasn't for their tenacity, helpfulness & kindness, I wouldn't have gone through with the sale of my property, as the sale fell through once. In my humble opinion they are better prepared than all the conveyancing solicitors involved in my process. As far as estate agents are concerned they are the best In the business, the service they offer is fantastic, modern, professional and personable. It doesn't come any better for service!!!

I instructed Kate on the sale of my property in September. Kate gave a great market value and was very prompt in taking photos, thereafter, the property going live on the internet within 24 hours! Viewings were booked 2 days later and offers received the same day! The transaction has proceeded smoothly to exchange, with Kate keeping track of solicitors and updating both me and the buyer regularly. The fees were more reasonable than other agents and the service was so much more personal. If you want to sell your house, get Roe & Co on the job! I don’t think I have words to describe the support Kate has given me throughout the sale of my house. I’m getting married next week, and a target of moving house before hand was always the plan. Throughout the process due to the general joys of house selling, I had lots of niggling issues to work through, and without Kate I just couldn’t have maintained a calm (ish) approach to the sale. Kate is the upmost professional in how she manages the sales process before and after agreeing, and maintains her support right to the end without wavering. I couldn’t hesitate at all to recommend her services, there isn’t another agent I would want to look after the sale of my house. She goes above and beyond continuously, helped with the purchase of the house I have moved to and works all hours of the day. I cannot rate Roe and Co Estate Agent highly enough and in particular, Kate Roe who sold our house for us. We had our house on with another agent and had 3 viewings in 6 months and then swapped to Roe and Co and it was on the market and sold within 3 days!! Kate was absolutely fantastic to work with, she clearly knows her business inside and out and on our first meeting she told us why she didn’t think our property had sold and what she would do differently. She was extremely friendly and professional and explained everything to us clearly and we trusted her and her judgement. She knew exactly what needed to be done to sell our property and the price we eventually got for it exceeded our expectations and you can’t ask for more than that! Kate was on the end of the phone for us whenever we rang and nothing was too much trouble for her - she always answered all of our questions and we felt fully confident in her at all times. Due to this service we use the tenant find service from Stephen and Alice and couldn't fault the service from the very first visit all the way through to completion. There aren't enough words in my vocabulary to describe how good Kate Roe is. We started the process of selling our house back in January and finally moved last week. Over this 8-9 month period we have had countless challenges with the process and Kate was there to support and sort on every occasion. As a Mortgage Broker myself I understand the process better than most, but this move would not have happened without the help and support of Kate. Hours on the phone, hundreds of messages exchanged and always kept all parties up to date and aware. If you think estate agents are there to take pictures and show people around your home, you'd be right - but what you get from Kate is so, so much more and everything she does extra is what makes her stand out from the crowd -and believe me, its needed now more than ever!
