Roe & Co have made both the sale and purchase of our new home as stress free as possible. Kate was kind, helpful and just wonderful throughout the process. The advertisment it our property was excellent and an offer was accepted within 4 days. From our first meeting we knew that Roe & Co were the best fit for for us to sell our home. Kate kept us updated regularly throughout the process and on the day of completion was so supportive and even gave a shoulder to cry on. We could not have asked for a better estate agent and I would highly recommend Roe & Co.

Roe and Co truly were phenomenal! Our photographs and the video stood out from all the other properties in the same price range for the area. Their communication was outstanding through the viewing/feedback and offer process. Once sold the service didn't just stop like most agents, they actively chased and updated the chain and thoroughly progressed the sale to exchange. On the day of completion (which was a nightmare thanks to my removals) they personally came to visit us and our buyers. The service was so good I am selling another property through them! I recommend Kate to everyone. She truly is the best!

So, we came across Roe and Co when viewing a property that wasnt for us, Kate assured me that she would find us the perfect property and she did! We are first time buyers and Kate was on hand with any questions and at every hurdle, she was fully involved in the entire process and even took some tension off myself. Kate has a wealth of knowledge and made what is said to be a stressful process, pretty easy going! From the first time I spoke to Kate, it felt like I was speaking to somone I had known for a while! We had dealth with other agents and it was frankly a waste of time. I'd recommend Roe and Co over and over again, honestly you cant go wrong! If the time comes, I know I wont be going anywhere else for any future properties! Roe and Co actually care and give you the time of day. We had the pleasure of dealing directly with Kate Roe. She was incredibly friendly and helpful from our first meet. Kate was well informed and had obviously taken clear instructions from the sellers throughout every step of the transaction. We already had a failed transaction and had become fatigued by slow lawyers and unmotivated estate agents. Kate was a breath of fresh air and drove the transaction from the date the offer was accepted through to completion. It appears to get lost in conveyancing transactions that all parties have a common goal but Kate had everyone’s interest at heart. We achieved an 8 week completion period when the average completion period is currently 5 months. This was down to Kate. Couldn’t recommend Roe and Co highly enough.

Our experience has been second to none. Our motivation to move house was the fact that we were expecting a second child and liked the idea of upgrading. We were unsure what we wanted to do. After speaking to Kate, we decided that putting our house on the market was the right thing. Kate supported this and we were on the market within the week. Interest was generated immediately and, almost a week later we had sold our property. That left us in a tricky position as we hadn't found anything we were interested in. Kate set the right expectations with the buyer's to ease the pressure and, even though there was no cash incentive for Kate, Kate supported us with finding a property. Kate was on hand to ask the questions which we were too shy to ask, this was great and helped us to find the right property. I've recently had the pleasure of selling my house through Kate & Ste, the experience has been completely different to any I've had before. Before putting my house live on the market, Kate sent me the link so I could view the photos and watch the video - which was brilliant! My house went on the market at around 7pm on the Sunday evening, by Tuesday evening Kate had done 11 viewings (she kept in touch throughout the day to let me know how she was getting on, which was great as I was very excited and couldn't wait to hear!), Ste even called in to me at work to pick up my back door key which I'd forgotten to leave out! By late morning on Wednesday, I had received several offers in excess of the asking price, Kate knew each buyers situation and after a good chat I decided to go with. Kate and Ste are such lovely people, the whole process has been quick, easy and completely hassle free for me (which is not how I remember the sale of my first 2 houses!), but most of all they're really friendly - Kate is always at the other end of the phone and happy to help, I couldn't wait to ring her when our offer had been accepted on the house we're buying - she sounded as excited as me! You can tell that Kate genuinely loves her job, she is a pleasure to deal with. I honestly can't recommend enough!

There’s no doubt that Roe and Co, especially Kate, are the best estate agents out there. I cannot recommend them enough. Kate was the estate agent for a house we have just bought and she has single handedly ensured the entire chains purchases all went through. The chain was quite tricky (not due to Roe and Co in any way) and I am sure that without Kate we would not have all had the happy outcomes we did. Kate isn’t like any other estate agent, she genuinely cares about you and always has the time for you. She is extremely knowledgeable and you will never have to chase her for an update. She has been professional throughout, first of all advising on sale price and advertising, and following through the sale with the buyers and solicitors, keeping us advised of all developments. I first met Kate back in September, after she'd listed a house that we were interested in that I had seen on her Facebook page, Me and my husband had already discussed selling our house and had already got 2 valuations from other agents, I decided to contact Kate as i'd seen a number of her sold signs in the area and had nothing to lose. Kate came round and valued my property within the same price bracket as the other agents, but after meeting with Kate I knew she was the one to sell our home, she was informative, knowledgeable but most of all friendly and approachable. As my husband was working away at the time it would have been a bit of a nightmare to try and arrange another agent to list our property Monday-Friday 9-5 but Kate offered us a Sunday afternoon appointment and by Sunday evening our home was listed for sale on right move. We opted for Kate to show prospective buyers around our home as it was easier for us with a young family to get out of the way. Kate ensured that when they were viewing my home it was Covid secure and that everyone remained compliant. Our Home was listed on the Sunday evening and we received offers on the Monday. After a sale was agreed, the sales process then began unfortunately our home was under valued by our buyers mortgage provider by 10k although we had received numerous offers over asking price, Kate fought our case and appealed the decision, By doing so the mortgage provider agreed to come back revalue our home, the end result being that the original valuation was based on the wrong property! When we were at the stage of exchange and completion Kate was on the case of the solicitors to ensure our sale went as smoothly as possible. In May this year I decided to start looking for my first house! After speaking to a friend about a house up for sale - I was passed on Kates number. Within 30 minutes Kate had contacted me and booked in a viewing for the next day. I went to look around and on leaving the property Kate rang me a few hours later to see how I got on.
