There aren't enough words in my vocabulary to describe how good Kate Roe is. We started the process of selling our house back in January and finally moved last week. Over this 8-9 month period we have had countless challenges with the process and Kate was there to support and sort on every occasion. As a Mortgage Broker myself I understand the process better than most, but this move would not have happened without the help and support of Kate. Hours on the phone, hundreds of messages exchanged and always kept all parties up to date and aware. If you think estate agents are there to take pictures and show people around your home, you'd be right - but what you get from Kate is so, so much more and everything she does extra is what makes her stand out from the crowd -and believe me, its needed now more than ever!

We met Sue of Roe & Co when selling my aunts home when she moved into residential care. We were apprehensive of the process as we were not fully familiar with what would happen but Sue quickly put us at ease, by the time she left we felt like we had known her for years ! Her estimation of the market value of the property came as a surprise to us but Sue had done her preparation beforehand gathering information on properties in the area and that value was supported by the fact that when the house was marketed a few days later there was considerable interest and an offer of slightly about the initial valuation within a couple of days. Unfortunately for us all our relationship went on for some time due to issues with the Land Registry of the property but Sue maintained contact throughout liaising between ourselves, the solicitor and the buyer to ensure that we didn’t have to remarket the property which had eventually been empty for several months. Roe & Co are based out of our area but should I need to sell my current home at some stage I would consider myself very fortunate to enlist an agent in my area who is so pleasant and committed to their job.

The whole process of trying to buy the house was a nightmare but the one shining star was Kate who was the only person who knew what she was doing. Sue and Kate are amazing at what they do. The valuation was spot on and we achieved our asking price. The photos and video they took were brilliant and captured the property well. From the house going live on the Friday evening we had nine viewings booked up within two days and achieved two offers. We were very pleased with the service we received from Roe&Co when selling our property. The initial photos taken of the house were excellent and we had 8 viewings within 2 days of putting the property on the market. We accepted an offer above the asking price a few days after this and the sale completed 9 weeks after us accepting the offer. All the initial communication from Roe&Co was excellent the only very minor issue is we would have appreciated a weekly update throughout the selling process to reassure us that everything was on track for completion.
