We operate an automated telephone system and so our lines are always open during our normal hours of business - 9.00am-5.00pm, Monday to Friday and 10.00am-2.00pm, Saturday, and so we are a little confused as to how your experience has occurred.
Our telephone system also has a call log and voicemail facility which are both kept under constant review, both during and out of our business hours, to ensure no calls are missed, which can obviously occur occasionally during the day, should our colleagues be busy helping other customers.
All calls are returned, whether or not a voicemail is left, as every call is important to us, as is providing a high quality and professional service.
We have investigated this matter and, regrettably, can find no log of a call received out of hours or any voicemail which has gone unreturned, nor can we find any record of your details on our system, and so we are concerned as to how your contact has been missed.
We would love to be able to help with your enquiry and/or to discuss your review in more detail, and so would politely request that you contact our office at your earliest convenience and speak with our Directors.
