Redpath Leach were recommended to us by one of our daughters, who had used them to sell her apartment. She had been fully happy with their service. So we decided to use them ourselves to sell our house. Neil Leach who was our point of contact, was exceptional in his dealings with us. He had his finger on the 'Pulse' of our move right from the start, to the end of the process. He constantly kept us informed of what the situation was at all times. He dealt with all the viewings well and we were very satisfied with the service we received. Initially we tried to work with a couple of larger agencies, however they were trying to push us to sell way under what we were hoping for just to make a quick sale, not to mention the horrendous cookie-cutter marketing approach. Neil Leach was absolutely fantastic from start to finish; really clued in regarding the market, took the time to understand our expectations and worked tireless to get the sale through. Great service! Moved many times and this is by far the best service I have ever received. Very much a one to one service. We moved agents to Redpath due to poor service from a different agent and Redpaths service was first class. Always there when we needed to call, always knew what we needed and very knowledgeable. Far too many agents segment their services and you never speak to the same person and you never m get timely responses.
