We’ve just sold our house and honestly couldn’t have picked a better estate agent. Neil was brilliant from start to finish, really friendly, easy to talk to, and genuinely cared about our sale. It felt personal, not like dealing with one of those big chains where you're just another number. The photos and brochure were great quality and made the house look amazing. Neil was always quick to respond to any questions and gave great advice, which made the whole process much less stressful. We recently engaged Neil and his team at Redpath Leach to sell a property on our behalf in Bolton, and the experience was exceptional from start to finish. Neil was instructed on the 19th August and the property was listed, marketed agressively and a credible buyer was found by him within 24 hours. The service and communication were of the highest standard. Neil vetted / screened the buyer on our behalf and 24 days later he had progressed the sale through to completion! From start to finish we were well looked after by Neil. He is 100 % professional and amazing at what he does. He made selling our home easy. He reassured us and kept us informed. I knew if he hadn't rang us with an update it was because he didn't have one. Not because he hadn't tried it was because our viewers didn't answer. Neil has been incredible from start to finish, I had a difficult property (listed building, apartment) in terms of navigating this with solicitors and Neil was there at every step, for the amount of work put in to get this property dealt with despite numerous issues makes not only incredible value for money but peace of mind. We recently purchased a property with Redpath Leach as the selling agent, and as first-time buyers this was a new experience. By trade I am a mortgage broker and deal with agents on a daily basis, so when I say Redpath Leach were fantastic, we really mean it! We had a really poor solicitor acting for us, and in buying an apartment in a listed building there were a lot of hurdles to overcome, but Neil was on hand for any questions we had, even to the minute detail of chasing for washer measurements. Neil Leach was super professional throughout the process, he responded quickly to questions, provided a good valuation, taking pictures and marketing the property through various outlets. Fantastic service from Neil. I had been having an incredibly stressful time dealing with a purchase that fell through (with a different estate agent) and dealing with a solicitor who was creating stress and worry. I then saw a property with Redpath Leach and the experience from then on in was brilliant. Due to my housing situation time was really against me, but we managed to get a completion done in under 7 weeks.
