Neils knowledge of the building and it status with planned repairs and other potential issues, helped no end in offering reassurance to both myself and my buyer, due to some complicated questions raised during what could have been a problematic conveyancing process. The professional photos taken to market the property were great and definitely helped to secure viewings and an offer within the first 2 weeks on the market. A very friendly , knowledgeable and extremely approachable company who dealt with our recent sale in a professional and caring way.
