I represented my sister during the sale of her house. Karen Ritchie, came to value the property and discuss the sale. Karen, was very clear, and concise, giving sound advice from her years of experience. The whole team were very efficient, doing a really good job. Several offers were made during the first day. They found a very good buyer who did not try to drop the offer. Karen, recommended a local solicitor, who also did an excellent job. The solicitor was very professional and did more than I expected of her. I recommend both Karen Richie Estates and the solicitor. When I asked my sister 'what she thought of Karen Ritchie Estates?', she said, 'splendid'. I sold my house last year; my only regret is not having used Karen Ritchie Estates.

My previous estate agent arranged 3 viewings in 4 months, when I changed to Karen Ritchie they arranged about 12 viewings in the first couple of weeks, resulting in my quickly agreeing a sale. Unfortunately this sale fell through after 5 months, at the beginning of lockdown, but as soon as they were able Karen Ritchie arranged many more viewings, and found me another buyer within 3 weeks. Happily all is completed now with the new buyer. Thanks go to Karen & her team.

After not having much luck with a different estate agents, a family friend recommended Karen Ritchie. Their service has been amazing and I would recommend to anybody. They’re fast with responding to any queries, professional and very easy to get hold of. They updated me about house viewings via text which was really helpful, I didnt want to constantly be taking calls whilst trying to work. When an offer went in on the house they didnt push me to just accept. I could tell they had my best interest in mind and tried to get a bit more out of the buyer in which they were successful. Despite getting to a stage where solicitors should be dealing with queries, Karen Ritchie eststes still helped whenever possible and I think they really helped get the sale over the line. Selling a house is supposed to be one of the most stressful things you can do, but KR made it so much easier. All staff I’ve spoken to have been lovely, Chloe in particular is fantastic at her job and I’m glad it was her helping me through the process.

These guys are living in the dark ages. Try and grow up and be an agency that is flexible around viewing times to look at property. Why not offer skype viewings or late night viewings and not when people are at work. Your front office staff also need educating on phone etiquette.

We Have recently sold out house with the help of Karen Ritchie estate agents. I had the pleasure of dealing with Karen from the onset , her knowledge of the local area , her attention to detail and her pleasent approacable manner was second to none . She talked us through the whole procedure with every detail explained as and when we questioned the minute details The photographs that were taken and the house description was exemplary and I believe this helped in the many viewings and the ultimate sale of our property . All viewings were booked in advance and we were given ample notice ,another plus point all viewings were accompanied by a Karen Ritchie representative and we never had to be there to answer any awkward questions or negotiation..I am so pleased we chose Karen and her staff in this complex matter and would highly recommend them to anyone wishing to sell their home no matter size or location.. Very dishonest estate agent. Would avoid at all costs. Notorious for hiking prices of properties and telling buyers that they have received higher offers. After I caught them out, they were downright rude and refused to speak to me any further.
