GoogleI moved my property over to Karen Ritchie from another larger estate agent after 6 months on the market and no sale. Karen was professional and honest. She and the team delivered on everything they promised. My property was quickly back on the market with no fuss, followed by plenty of viewings managed by them and an offer accepted in 4 weeks. Great service throughout the whole process.

GoogleI have had to sell a number of properties over the years but this has been the easiest and friendliest service i have encountered. From the onset the initial valuation was done in hours, on the internet in less that 24 hours and sold for higher than was expected in less than 48 hours with a number of buyers bidding after Karen's team also contacted a number of investment companies they have worked with in the fast. I have another property coming up soon and this will be my first call - thank you - I can recommend you enough to the house sellers out there.

GoogleI'd imagine if your selling she's great but as a buyer I don't appreciate being told what to do with my money or being threatened to be 'taken off the books' if we didn't give feedback within a couple of days, never mind no one answering the phone until gone 10am when your opening times are advertised as earlier!
Hi, thanks for your comment on we do a great job selling houses which we do, unfortunately we don't seem to have your name registered on our database so we are wondering who you are. Our policy is we contact viewers for feedback in order to update our vendors and if we have no reply after leaving several messages we do presume the viewers are not interested in the property and accordingly proceed to take their details from our system. As you will appreciate our vendors take great time and effort to prepare their homes ready for viewings and is it quite frustrating from our vendors point of view when they have no feedback from viewings. And further to your comment regarding our opening times the office is open from 9am and all calls are taken until 5pm. We would be greatful if you could kindly contact the office so we can discuss matters further.

They were selling the house for our vendor and Karen stepped in personally, when we truly believed that our private buyer was going to pull out of our chain. Her advice and assistance stopped this from happening.

GoogleI can't give half a star as there is no option so I gave one, there was very bad service and there was one staff who only worked friendly with the rich people.
