GoogleFantastic service and great communication from start to finish. We went with Karen and her team since they were local and specialise solely in sales. They supervised all viewings which was ideal since the property was unoccupied. A large number of viewings were scheduled within a week of the house being marketed with initial offers coming in above the asking price. Three weeks after marketing the property we had agreed the sale and put it in the hands of the respective solicitors. Absolutely first class!

GoogleRude and not flexibile at all. Tried to make a booking and the responses from Natalie were shocking. Indicated that due to the number of bookings, we had to wait 2 weeks. By that time the house would be sold. Whatever you do, please do not use these idiots. Try an agency that is flexible.
Hi, Unfortunately we don't have your name registered but i do think that your referring to a property that the vendor requested block viewings on because of the high level of interest that we had. Just to let you know we have now sold this property and our vendor is over the moon with the price that we achieved and my main concern is making sure the people that pay our fees are happy with the service that they receive. It is unfortunate that you didn't get chance to view the property when the block viewings were available. At no point have we ever told anyone that there would be a two week wait for a property is you ring the office i can discuss this further with you. Many Thanks,

GoogleKaren was positive from the outset that she would sell our house quickly and this enthusiasm gave us alot of confidence in her company. Marlena and Caroline were always on the ball and kept us fully informed at each stage of the process Winder Taylor Smith solicitors were recommended by Karen and Helen Grundy acted on our behalf. Again everything ran smoothly. When it came to moving day we used Baxters who worked like clock work to complete the job. I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending Karen Richies to make moving house alot less stressful than you think. Many thanks to all concerned

GoogleBe wary, I was ‘gazumped’ once being pushed to get solicitors on board, all seemed a bit weird, slightly disappointed as the house is still on the market months later, no other issues from the short time I was in communication but for me it seems as though the customer doesn’t matter
Hi Jack, we are sorry you feel like this but unfortunately we legally have to put all offers forward to the vendors and they decided to go with a higher offer. We gave you the chance to increase your offer which i understand you didn't want to. We apologies we could not secure you the house but if you see any other houses in the future we will be happy to show you round. kind regards.

GoogleBe prepared to be lied to to your face and hung up on. They couldn't care less about you. Absolutely unprofessional company. They lost us the house we wanted to buy due to their incompetence and when we pointed that out, they simply decided to end the conversation. Stay away from them! They just want your money. Reply to Karen, Oh yes, Karen, I did view a house with your company. In Farnworth. A while back. We almost bought it, but you got a better offer after we had agreed to purchase it, it got accepted and were in the process of purchasing it. I'm the one you hung up on when you got bored and when I called you back seconds later you were 'out of the office'. Nope, NOT a bogus review. Yet again, you are lying.
Hi Anna, i am very very confused about your review because you have never viewed a house with us or put an offer forward on any of our properties so i am presuming this is a bogus review or your confusing us with another agent. Of course i stand to be corrected and if you have genuinely had any dealings with my agency please give me a call i am available 6 days a week and would love to hear about any service issues you have had. But on reading your review can i please point out we don't take money from buyers it is our vendors that pay our fees. Thanks, Karen. Reply to Anna: your name is not registered on our system. No offers or viewings are connected to your name so i am presuming this review or the viewing was in another name. If i don't have the correct information i cannot give an honest reply. I don't lie to people and if anybody puts an offer forward on one of our properties and we receive a higher offer then legally we must put all offers forward to the vendor. I am very sorry if this doesn't work for you or any other purchaser but i work within the law. The last house i sold in Farnworth was over a year ago!!! so i am wondering why this review is coming forward now. If you comment on me being a liar again when i have got evidence to show that your name is not connected to any of our properties i will have no option to seek legal advice for defamation of character. GoogleI called them for viweing a property that was behind my street. The receptionist said they were going to start viewing after two weeks. I met the landlord and he said property viewing is starting tomorrow. I called them again and showed my interest and the receptionist said they were only accepting cash sale as per landlord's instructions. I went back to the landlord and asked if there was any such instructions and he said no. Absolutely unprofessional and disgusting attitude of these guys that will refrain me to go through them again.
i know which property you are referring to, the owner of the property cancelled all viewings which were arranged then told us he only wanted cash buyers. We couldn't do any viewings for two weeks because he was ill. If you cant afford to buy it cash thats not my problem but we have half a dozen cash offers on this property even before people have viewed. Please do not knock on our clients door, i'm wondering if your possibly the guy who knocked on and told him to get rid of us and do a private sale through you? Obviously i stand to be corrected if this wasn't you. As far as your comment that you wouldn't want to use us again don't worry that isn't a problem for us.

The staff are responsive, attentive and know who you are when you contact them. The whole process was hassle free and fast.Good communications. It's clear that this company handles and efficiently sells a lot more properties than its local competitors making it the "go to place" for buyers who compare the local market. GoogleExcellent and Professional. We just recently sold our property with Karen Ritchie Estates Ltd. The service throughout the whole procedure was so efficient from as soon as we made contact with themselves about selling our property to the final day handing the keys over. Great communication from the value of the property and arranging viewings to accommodate ourselves as a young family was touched with ease with no issues at all. Luckily for us our property sold reasonably quick with them always giving sufficient guidance to the offers. Once we accepted an offer they where always in great communications with us of how the sale was going and how they were getting on etc... As we had to find another property to move to, it gave us great security of how it was processing along. Karen is a lovely down to earth woman with a great mannerism to sell your property for the best price, again all the staff in the offices where courteous and polite and always got back to yourselves if you had left messages or had a query etc. 100% recommend them to sell your property if your thinking about it. They accompanied all the viewings and other visits to the house which was essential as we don’t live local to Bolton.
